Yes, it is a GS Air 2. In fact, all six of them are. The other five are excellent. This one just isn't for some reason.
Yeah, it's got me, too. There's not much to mess a tank up, really, if the coil is good. I'm thinking it could need a major scrubbing somehow, but I have no idea how to go about it. I just keep rinsing it out.I'm stumped @MikeADore , I've had errant coils, but not tanks. Very strange.
@Cheechako, I saw your post on rebuilding e-leaf coils. Watched some vids, too. Problem is, I've never rebuilt a coil..haha. I do have a Kayfun on the way and am going to learn on that, but I definitely want to learn the e-leaf rebuild at some point. I love eleaf products and this could save me some money. I'm hoping you'll be open to some questions when the time comes.![]()

Feel free to fire away with questions, we're all one big Air Head family here! Did you read the posts or peruse my Blog?@Cheechako, I saw your post on rebuilding e-leaf coils. Watched some vids, too. This Kayfun:Which Kayfun? I love my Kayfuns, BTW. Start with those. They were designed to be rebuilt. YouTube is your friend!
Yeah, I definitely prefer a tight draw. I know I'm being dense, but the only 0-ring I see is under the metal piece that the drip tip fits into? Is that it? The metal piece doesn't seem to want to come off.EHPro's KFL is a good one. I prefer the K4 because it has more airflow, but if you like a tighter draw, the KFL+ can't be beat.
Make sure those denture tablets are unflavored, unless you like minty vapes.![]()
The silicone (almost translucent) o-rings inside your atty.
This is a Melo tank, but they come with colored o-rings. Same idea and placement.Yeah, I definitely prefer a tight draw. I know I'm being dense, but the only 0-ring I see is under the metal piece that the drip tip fits into? Is that it? The metal piece doesn't seem to want to come off.
OK, whew! Thought I was losing my mind for a minute...lol. Yeah, I can hold it at just such an angle and maybe see the o-ring under the metal, but I can't get it to budge, so I'm just gonna drop it in the denture cleanser and hope for the best. Thanks guys, for your patience. I just thought there was something I wasn't seeing. I'll let you know how this works out.Mike, o-rings are placed in all places where the glass meets metal parts (or two metal parts come together); without them, your tank would leak like a sieve.
Don't worry about them for now. Just clean your tank as we suggested and see if it helps. My Airs don't really come apart on the top, but I never had a problem with any of my o-rings.
Famous last words.
GTG and good luck.
Pssssst! Hot soapy water, just like washing dishes, & a rinse in alcohol or vodka! [emoji8]Yeah, it's got me, too. There's not much to mess a tank up, really, if the coil is good.
