I've been looking for a really nice woodgrain skin for an istick 20W - where'd you get this (that you made) from? is 'sillycone' the brand/source or a funny comment? haha (?silicon?) I could take all that gibberish out, but then again, you'll all be 70 some day and might like to watch how the old brains function! LOL basically I love that woodgrain skin! cherry?

I have most of a roll left. It's like contact "paper" but it's not as sticky as regular contact paper so it comes off without leaving any glue. If you want some, I'll send you a few pieces. The dimensions are 85mm X 71mm.
gandymarsh, is it hard to put on? Get straight? I have a black istick I'd like to cover. But I don't particularly want to put a sillycone skin on it. With sillycone, they don't slide in and out of my pocket as easy.
No, it's not hard to put on. If you don't get it straight, you can take it off and try again. Like I said, it's not super sticky like duck tape. A roll of this is only about $5 and it's like 18" X 15' long so it's dirt cheap for a situation like this.

You can buy it at any store that sells home furnishings like Walmart, Home Depot, Menard's etc. They don't usually have a lot of variety though.

I got a couple of the Eleaf ones for when I bought my last 30. $2 each at Rocky Mountain Vapor. I kinda like 'em. Nice feel and just grippy enough. No problem with pockets - guess some of you have tight pants.
I bought a white one to cover my scratched-up silver 20. Big mistake. The scratches show right through it - almost looks worse than without the cover. Ended up putting the black one on my silver 20 and the white one on my black 30. I like the look of the stock black iStick finish though, so I may go back to running it nekkid. May buy another black case if I have a chance to piggy-back it on another order somewhere. IMO the black cover has a classy look to it.
Only problem I've had is that it sometimes makes the USB connection on my 30 a bit touchy/iffy.
