No!!! On my way home from work tonight I'd take a hit from the mini and wouldn't get hardly anything. The mod would tell me Lo. So I'd hit it again, get a decent hit and the display would say 31%. I think it's dying a sloooow death. :(

Maybe it's about time we have a mass funeral for istick Minis?

Yep! I have 3 that are all doing basically the same thing. They were all bought used so I've gotten my money's worth from them. I sure do hate losing them though. :( This means I'll only be able to take one flavor with me to work and that's gonna suck!!

Yeah I could do that but I'd always be afraid that the separate atty would get broken in my pocket or get dropped changing them out.

Hmmm... New job, more conducive to vaping? Where are your priorities? :pervy:

ETA: there's always a fanny pack. ;)

Hey guys, haven't been around for a while.

Been vaping on my istick 40w. Battery life still sucks on it, and I've been considering buying another 30w while Rocky Mountain is still having their safe.

This vapocalypse is kinda scary. I'd been seeing the e-mails about them, but didn't know it was so serious. Maybe a good excuse to grab a couple of istick 30s while I can.

But if I have issues getting juice eventually, it will be for not anyways.

Possibly start checking into DIY juice. Not that hard and very cheap once set up.

I found the 40w seemed to have the same battery life or less than the 30w and
I've been using it on standard wattage mode, no TC here.

Not interested in making my own juice for the time being. Any idea when this "end of vaping" is suppose to happen? I'll make sure to spend a couple hundred bucks on e-juice and to buy some batteries then.

Edit: I actually did some googling, and found some info on a random web site. Not sure if it's true or not, but basically these e-liquid companies would be given 2 years grace period before they would have to stop selling.

Since the ban hasn't been imposed yet, I still have a minimum of 2 years to get myself ready.

For now, I think I'll probably get another istick 30w soon. Other than the battery life, i miss the smaller size of the 30w, and the non-raised fire button. The big raised button makes it easier for my vape to go off in my pocket if I don't turn it off, which I always forget to do.

I'm not so sure about the "minimum" of 2 years. Although I admit I'm not as up-to-date as I probably should be, my impression is that manufacturers of products already on the market when the deeming regulations become effective will have 2 years to submit an application for approval. But what happens if approval is denied? My guess is that the product will have to be shortly, if not immediately, removed from the shelves. So if a manufacturer submits an application on day 40, and approval is denied on day 42...

So I guess if I were a manufacturer and approval seems unlikely, I'd just plan on shutting down shortly before time runs out.

I've started looking a APVs with replaceable batteries, with the hope that they'll outlast the ones with built-in batteries.

What did you win, Cheech? I was on the winner's list for the Clouper mini, but haven't received it yet.
I won this, and it's scary! :shock::lol:
