If you buy a TC 40 you don't have to worry about getting new attys if you diy coils. I just built a Ni-coil in a GSA M and it's been performing flawlessly for an hour. :)

I might have been partially responsible for that, sorry. I was going by others were saying. They are wrong though. I don't know why some people are havin trouble with TC builds.... even with RTAs.

No. You weren't responsible. I always like having stock coils for those days that a coil has gone south on me and I have no time to rebuild one. It's all good! If they happen to have them across the hall at some point, I may pick up a few more boxes.

I, for one, appreciate the videos posted by Katya. While they may be from evolv, they do explain the temp control feature that will soon be released on an eleaf istick.

Glad to have been of help.

And yes, that's Brandon's (Evolv's) invention... being copied by everyone. As expected. :D

Eleaf Istick thread...hmm.

Yeah, but since Eleaf/iSmoka/Joyetech has unlawfully acquired Evolv's invention and is making millions off of it, don't you think that we should at least give the inventor credit in Eleaf' iStick thread?

Unlawfully? The TCR of several wires are known quantities. Most any programmer can write up code that can generate similar results. Coming from eLeaf / iSmoka / Joyetech I suspect it's terribly derivative... but unlawful?

I have a DNA 40 clone... it even powers on with the Hana logo. That's unlawful (but not enough to convince me to chuck it)...

I watched the whole review from the Vapor Channel on the 40W and I think I'm sold. I have been an IStick fan since last fall and still have 6 ISticks in my rotation. I have never owned a temperature control device before and this looks like a good intro to temperature control. I am going to try to wait and see what the first adapters say but I will likely get one pretty soon after release.
