I have had no probs from any of the Chinese vendors, including FT and gearbest. Just a friendly heads-up: anyone choosing to order from FT needs to research their cs failings of late. There are a LOT of unhappy regulars who are buying elsewhere until things straighten out. It seems that while GB has been improving, the opposite is true of FT.

I got my last order from FT in two weeks, no complaints on that, probably only the third time I've bought there. BUT, what I don't understand is their Sing-Post "tracking". As I kept checking over the two weeks, there were only 3 status reports. One when they dropped it off, the 2nd when it left China, and the last when it landed in the U.S. NOTHING after that. Just found the package in my mailbox after 14 days. This lack of real tracking is the biggest reason I usually don't mind paying more from US vendors. The USPS is horrible here, and they have lost 3 packages in the past 1.5 years, costing me! Seems after a FT package lands in the States, you just have to PRAY you get it.

Ordered this one
Brushed metal, no paint (at least I think so). $23.99
Eleaf iStick Pico 75W TC Box Mod

I have 4 now, I'm done. I have the Brushed Silver, it's NOT painted. Good mod for tossing in a pocket or bag and not worrying about the finish.
Moved on to collecting 3 of these:
SMY SDNA75
I like dna chipsets.

I can't comment re FT's tracking issues other than to say it is one of the several things that has recently caused a stir there. I personally don't bother w/tracking even when it's free. For me it causes more frustration than it eases. The ONLY time I use tracking is when buying from a private individual- I'll look to see that it's on it's way, once I see that it is, that's the last time I'll bother looking. So far, everything I've ever ordered online has reached me. That said, I totally understand why tracking matters to folks- and so should any vendor wanting to keep their clientele happy.

I'm not sure this is a fasttech problem as much as a problem with the shipper. I've had zero luck with tracking anything in the hands of USPS. I've had several domestic packages that received no updates until they arrived including some cross country ones. So if they can't even get their own priority mail to track correctly I'm not surprised they don't get the tracking from a Chinese shipment correct either.

More than once USPS tracking showed a package delivered when it wasn't. The carrier was recording it as delivered but hanging on to the package for a later day to avoid the extra steps. Once I figured that out waiting for USPS is less stress.

I thankfully haven't had that specific thing happen. Sorry you've had it multiple times sofarsogood.

I'm not complaining as long as the package arrives. The shipping business is hard. USPS is under a lot of pressure. Tax payers don't want to subsidize gold plated service. I suppose the Post Office is fading. Willl they rebound?

Tax payers don't want to subsidize gold plated service.

The USPS has been self sufficient or in the black for decades (perhaps always).
It's not taxpayer funded.
But "delivery services" and "financial services" lobbied congress-critters shafted the service almost a decade ago.
They've been hurtin' ever since.

That said... not knowing if my order will be in MY house tomorrow, or the carrier's tonight... is NOT what I'd call less stress. :p

I have been having my Fasttech orders shipped USPS, free shipping. Once it ships, I give it about a week and then go to the USPS tracking site and put in the number. I get the status. I set it for email notifications and get emails of status through delivery. Now, if USPS does not scan it, the status may not change for days then whamo in my mailbox. A week later I may get the updates, but not always. Just frustrating when the package takes a tour of the US instead of coming straight here. Latest packages have been taking 10 days to 2 weeks from shipping to delivery.

The USPS it seems is having some sort of systemic failure in delivering items. The route cause might be worker apathy and/or bar code scanner failure or both.

I've had packages and letters returned for "invalid address" which upon inspection are perfectly fine and legible. Since the failure usually occurs at the end point carrier, that is where I suspect the faulty scanners. Watching the tracking of a package from China go from "out for delivery" to "undeliverable: invalid address" with implied return to sender is enough stress to start vaping!

Back on topic: while itty bitty mods are cool, my Pico mostly goes unused as a backup to other active mods. (lives in coat pocket which gets little wear during the summer months)

I live in WI. For some reason, some things coming from China go from Chicago to Kansas or Missouri before coming north again. Homeland Security? Don't know.

I once had a package from China get to Chicago in 6 days then take 9 days from then to get to my address.

Is there maybe a customs check in one or both of those states? I've had international packages both vape related and not vape related sit in the NY customs office for a week or more both sending and reciving.

If you like tiny mods like I do, pickup a couple of Target Mini's. PBusardo gave it high marks in TC operation. Only 40 watts, internal battery, but with a Cubis Pro tank on top, this is a TRUE, "pocket" carry. Even has two TCR inputs, it's like a pico PICO! Mod only, $30.

Funny you should say that. I really am going to get a couple more Picos, but I've been seriously eyeing up the Target Mini for an even more compact out on the town device. She's a looker too.

I've had dozens of orders from FT with either SingPost or ChinaPost but their tracking has changed lately, so it seems to me. Nowadays i have to ask the local carrier for another t&t code the moment my order enters the country, based on the code provided by FT. This could also apply to your local carrier.

Still quite happy with my pico's but there are a few flaws on one of them. First there's the slanted body which makes every tank lean backwards and to the left:

Second, the ss top and bottom and also the firebutton start to decolour as if a chrome layer wears off and brass shines through.

Third, the wattage jumps whenever i replace a battery or tank and also ehen turning on and off, even if the mod is locked.

I can't complain about my latest fasttech order, if wasn't a holiday tomorrow, I would have it tomorrow :)

So think I will take the gamble of ordering 2 more pico's from fasttech tomorrow :D
Well since you are already making the order, you can just throw a couple more in the cart, you know, for friends:)
