anyone have a silicone sleeve for their pico, with vents hole on the bottom, that doesn't stretch out after a week or two and become unusable?

Yes.
Don't want to get one for the Full Black (counter productive, eh? ;) ) but I have one on my original White. Has a full circle cut-out for the base plate vent holes.
It's a tad thinner than my year old i30 sleeves but not paper thin like the factory ipv D2.

Similar to (might actually be, I think I got it from VNW) the iWodevape sleeves I received yesterday from FT for the RX and i100TC.
They seem to be a silicone specialty company... vape bands too. Different models as well, I made sure the RX sleeve had a bottom, some don't.
Might search them first to see what's available.
Longevity though... we'll see.

I'm not sure what some of you folk are doing to your sleeves.
Even my year old ones are pretty much like new.

thx @Jim_ MDP , the ones I got from ebay got loose for no apparent reason. Even the one that just sat on my desk wouldn't stay on after a week or two. Just swapped out the generics in my FT cart for the iWodevape brand.

Yeah, I have one of the no-name brands on my white Pico and it slips off really easily. The purple one (more of a fuschia color) that I have on my pink Pico fits fine, despite being the same brand. I originally had the ones that didn't have the battery cut out on the bottom in my cart, until I realized that they didn't have the battery cut outs, so switched 'em to ones that do. Haven't tried the other colors yet, but if they're loose like my white one, I'll replace them with the Iwodevape ones.

Thinking of grabbing a couple of the imitation leather ones, to bulk up the width of my Pico for 23mm diameter tanks that will just barely fit the Pico so they don't look weird. ;) I get silicone sleeves (if they're available) for every mod I own (I even have a shark skin on my VS rDNA 40 ), because they just feel better in my hand and prevent me from drop-sies... I'm an accident going somewhere to happen. :grr:

Great... now that I've namechecked iWodevape, they'll turn out to be crap. :p

I got sleeves for all of my first mods (i30s and an i50, and the D2 and Sig75 had them included) and just prefer the feel to a cold bare mod. But I've had my share of mods jumping to the floor (carpeted fortunately).
No drops to a hard surface though... I'm sure they provide at least some cushioning.

I stopped getting them (usually) because of the domestic markups. Now that I've lost my FT virginity I'll see what others I'd like to pick up. Not all battery door designs lend themselves to being sleeved (I'm lookin' at you D2). And a lot of these mods barely get any use lately... but for a buck and change per sleeve, what the hell.

I grabbed these two for their Black&Red "mix/swirl" design (not sure what it's called) but I think I'll have a look for a Black for the new Pico... I already wish it was covered like the White one.

Those Vapesoon PU leather sleeves look great for a few weeks then the coating they put on the edges to give them a finished look starts to lift and peel off.

I have one for my Cuboid and it is looking quite haggard. The PU sleeves have a great feel, if you don't mind ragged edges.

Just Sayin. ;)

Yes, hard to pass up for $50 ea and free shipping over $75. If anyone else wants in on it - http://www.ecig.com/smy-sdna-75w-tc-box-mod.html-
Don't forget the 10% off code: ecig10
Thanks for the heads-up on the DNA75 @Fozzy71 and for the 10% code @KTMRider.
It was $45.95 - 10% today (black only).
Snagged a couple of Serpent Mini's to go with it.

P.S. To stay on topic, I'm ordering 2 Pico's during the FT sale tonight, based on the great info in this thread.
Thanks to all who have contributed.

I am wondering why vendors states side have Pico's cheaper than FT?
Probably because they are taking advantage of everyone buying right now. Normally they have at least 25%+ profit margin on products (That was just a guess probably a low guess). But they can cut into that margin by marking down the price in hopes of getting more units sold and more money.

Example:

Wholesale Pico price = $10

Guy A sells Pico for $80. Only 5 People buy it. Total profit $350.

Guy B sells Pico for $30. 30 people buy it. Total profit $600.

Anyone know what the max charging input specs are for the usb charger on the front of the Pico? So the max voltage and amps it will accept.
The device will draw around 1amp.The device draws the same amount no matter the available amperage unless of course it's less then 1 amp.:)
