For people looking for a short-ish direct lung tank with better capacity than the Melo 3, it looks like an Aspire cleito with the new 5ml Fat Boy glass will work on the pico. Not sure I like how vulnerable the glass will be, but the glass starts a couple of millimeters above the battery cap. (I have a cleito, just not the Fat Boy yet)
Another reason to keep them in my lineup. Matter of fact, if I do receive my order this week, that'll move them to the top of my order from list.Per my convo with Rocky Mountain, they do not do pre-orders. If an item is available on line at their site, it is "ready to ship". I like that!

I should have ordered the kit and not mod only. Could have just tossed the tank. Looks like mod only people will be waiting quite some time for eleaf to dump all those melo's
Why do people keep saying Eleaf is dumping Melos? It is not uncommon for kits to be available first no matter who the manufacturer is.....it's really just that simple.

It never used to be that way, but it seems the manufacturers are doing it more regularly now. I suspect it is because there are many Atomizer only companies, ie steamcrave, et al, that kick their butts on making tanks. So what will they do with all the sub par tanks they made? Make it the only way you get their shiney new mod!

There are a lot more crossover manufacturers now. Many established names working both sides of the mod/topper line.
And a lot more sub-ohm intro kits... add juice and go.
They may suck (or not) to a lot of us... but I expect the Melo kicks .... on an Evod.
I'll find a use for mine.

I don't know what they did prior to 3 yrs ago cause when I bought my 1st setup, it was a kit which was fine for me since I was just getting started. I kept buying different kits for about 6 mos.
Once I started buying mods & attys seperately I ended up with more attys then mods; then that reversed- more mods then attys.
Sometimes for me, buying a kit is just a matter of convience.
As far as the Melo, I've never had one so this gives me the chance to try it out.

Is the Melo tank included a mouth to lung or a lung hitter tank? Sorry, I'm sure this question has been answered a million times but I'm slowly combing through the thread. Is there a stand alone device anywhere as well? Really like the mod... so cute and small. Not that I need another mod because I think it's cute.

Just wondering the characteristics of the packaging and the battery of the LG HG2 battery. My batteries came in a plain white box with a caution disclaimer on the outside. Inside, they each had their own plain white box with another disclaimer on it.
Mine have a silver label on them like this:

I've seen some that have the markings directly on the brown battery. So not sure if I should be worried.
It doesn't say LG HG2 anywhere on it either like this one does:

My istick is on the charger right now. I want to get it full before I even take my first puff. It was like 1/3 full when I put it on.

I shoulda paid the extra 30 cents and got the case with em. The seller I got mine from has sold many of them without any complaints, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I should be able to get at least 2 days on a single charge. I'll see if I get that.
