Watch the entire vid, fast forward if you have to, he's boring! But he takes the whole thing apart, then puts it back together and vapes on it! How many $30 mods can you do that to?
The body is either Zinc or Alum, I'm not sure, but it's all one piece. It's built solid, I promise!

Haha, this guy carries on, I've seen his vids before rofl

This guy was instrumental in me deciding to dis- and re-assemble my own Pico lol. He made it look easy (and TBH, it is lol).

His electrical readings are fun to watch though, as he checks nearly every parameter there is to check.

Oh and the body (the painted part) is solid cast aluminium (one-piece), while the other metal parts (the top/bottom cap and the battery cover) is supposedly made out of some zinc alloy.

I can't see how the click issue is firmware related..it seems more mechanical to me.

It seems...IF the click issue is mechanical...and IF the Pico is easily disassembled...then somebody will certainly find a FIX...:headbang:

The fix, will be a replacement, or a new one. Thankfully I have not had that issue yet. These TOYS, are $28.00 folks, what do you expect? Granted, on my $200 VS DNA200, I'd be a bit more concerned!

Received my Pico today.. Customs finally decided to let it go. But the tanks I ordered to go with the Pico still haven't arrived. One is with customs and the other is still in transit.

This thing is really tiny and light. You don't realize how small it is until you hold it in your hand. I can't use any of my existing tanks with it.

What tanks do you have that you can't use on it? Just curious.

All the tanks I have are tall ones - Crius, Mutank, Zephyrus.. Too tall for the Pico. The tanks are taller than the mod. [emoji2]
Although I think I could use the Ego One Mega tank with it. I've ordered a Bachelor Nano and a Serpent Mini to use with the Pico. Hopefully the Bachelor should be released by customs and delivered by the end of the week (why would they want to hold on to a tank?).

Ha... I just figured all your tanks were of the newly popular wide-body style. :p

Yeah, I've had my Bachelor on my Pico... looks vaguely silly. :D

You should enjoy both of the tiny tanks, mine are doing great.
But that Lil' Serpent... it's stupid small, ludicrously tiny.

Bangin' little RTA though. :p

Thanx Steven...

Knowing nothing about rebuilding...I think I'd probably start with a Single coil...

Can one build a single coil on a velodeck (using which holes)???

..

For total ease of rebuilding than I'll have to stick with my initial recommendation: The Bachelor Nano. Why? Because it's post-less and the only thing you have to be careful of is getting the coil-legs right.

However, with the BachNano, single coil is all you'll get. I don't see any options at all for dual-coil building.

As for the Serpent Mini, I *think* you can sneak a dual-coil build in there... but it would be rather cramped.

There's also the Pico (Tank) to consider if you want a single coiler. It's a modified/modernised Taifun after all so I can say with certainty that it would be quite easy to work with. After all, the Taifun was the tank that was easy enough it got me off cartotanks.

That said however, from videos I've seen of the BachNano, it *still* seems to be the easiest to build on so far.

I was just lurking this thread and happened to catch this convo.

The full size Bachelor was my first RTA and I can confirm that it's super easy to build on. The only building experience I had before trying this one was with the Kanger Subtank/Toptank RBA but this one is much roomier to build on for a starter ime, not too mention way (way!) more flavorful.

And frankly I don't see why anyone would want more than one coil after using the Bachelor, it just performs that well in my limited experience.

That being said, I can not recommend the full size Bachelor. Too many people are retiring it because of leaking problems, as did I. The smaller Bachelor Nano however does not seem to have this problem and is my fav RTA. I just ordered a second one of even.

I still have to try if using the deck of the Nano with the upper portion of the full size version will deal with the leaking problem of the larger one but I suspect it will even though I can't explain why (the differences between both decks are very minimal).

It could be that there are just some bad batches of the full size version out there perhaps, as some folks do seem very happy with theirs and do not have the leaking problem.

I've read a lot of great feedback on the Serpent mini in the other thread. I'm really looking forward to trying it.

I ordered the Bachelor Nano based on the all the positive feedback the regular sized Bachelor has been getting. Also the fact that it is a single coil tank. Unfortunately not a lot of choice available for us folks who like single coils.

I feel the Pico is going to take some getting used to. Its so tiny. So far my daily device has been the VTC Mini, which is much taller and slimmer.

It seems like a good mod. I don't have very large hands, so it seems to be a comfortable fit in the hand. Trigger fire with index finger.

Someone did early on... the AFC ring barely fits, if it'll rotate at all.

Bet it looks funky too. :p

eta: Mine was sitting here so... just for you...

As reported... the knurled AFC ring grinds on the battery cap just getting it on.
Lightly scraped trying to turn it as well. It's do-able but, for me... no go.

And it looks funky too. :D

I just got a new topper for the Pico... and it's turning me into a... *gasp*... (semi-)lung-hitter. Plus, it looks even more perfect on the Pico than the GobMini ever did. Running SS TC on it and the Pico's chugging fine with zero issues.

Hint: It's that fruit that's not a fruit.

Will post pics and impression later, but dang, it's one awesome topper.

Also, got one of the Pico's elder brothers on clearance (local B&M) for backup. Shame about the outdated chip (no SS TC), but for around ten bucks, I can't really say much else against it.
