If you update the firmware you'll have a puff timer. Lack of that was my only criticism of the Pico. Now it has that so, how to reset. There's a big prize for the first person to come up with the answer. I don't know what the prize is yet but I'm sure it's big....duh
well now, in my haste I just grabbed my VTC mini and went thru the motions figuring it was the same as the PICO
but come to find my PICO doesn't even have ANY COUNTERs
I have the newer brushed silver / all black versions and 20 fast clicks tells me I have firmware version 1.0
so a qwik look tells me there is v 1.01 out (which I care not about getting)
and I guess that's what ya'll are talking about...
sorry about my dumbfounded misleading

The magic of Chinese Firmware... There is no option to reset the counters. I just sat there for a half hour testing out combinations trying to reset them and you can't. I didn't pull the battery to see if it did it, but somehow I doubt it will.If you update the firmware you'll have a puff timer. Lack of that was my only criticism of the Pico. The latest firmware is V1.03 which brings back the Volt reading as well as a puff counter and total runtime counter.
On the Cuboid you select the counter and hit fire to reset it like the VTC Mini.
I just don't feel that the DNA preheat adds that much over setting the watts higher.
I just updated and one thing I already miss is viewing the wattage in TC SS mode. I can change the interface to view volts only. Why did they get rid of the wattage? They brought the original screen/view back in the new firmware:

Watts in TC mode is a set and forget thing, it controls how fast the coil ramps up to set the temperature.I just updated and one thing I already miss is viewing the wattage in TC SS mode. I can change the interface to view volts only. Why did they get rid of the wattage?
The iSub SS BVC coils are supposed to be SS 316L, so setting your Pico on SS should allow you to use TC with them.Sorry if this has been asked about before. I got the Pico 80 watt with SS-support. Can I use TC with the orginal 0.5 ohm SS DVC coils?

The only DVC coils I saw info on were for the Starre and Maganus. What tank are you using on the Pico?Thank you! I got the DVC coils, are those the same as BVC?

I assumed the DVC was a typo.
I meant the live watt display while you fire in tc mode. I cant see how high they are going, or if the preheat is working correctly. Its like they swapped live watt display for voltage. Should give option to choose.Watts in TC mode is a set and forget thing, it controls how fast the coil ramps up to set the temperature.
