A quick correction...

NiChrome and Nickel are not the same thing... not even close.
It would be bad for someone to buy and attempt to TC their NiCr in NiTC mode and get frustrated when it doesn't work (it won't hurt anything, but even Kanger has issues getting their NiCrTC to work, and I'm not even sure about the HohmWrecker... it's just too low of a TCR).

Would you be good enough to go back and edit the NiChrome out of your post?

I'm most pleased with my Pico 75 but for one thing. After three weeks all the polished metal has worn to a dull gray. It looks ratty. I don't handle chemicals nor has it had a hard life. Just in and out of my pocket. Girlfriend's purchased at the same time is fine. Both came from MyFreedomSmokes. Anyone else? Can I make a warranty claim on this and exchange it?

That's odd and something that others have commented on. Mine is 4 months old, came from MFS and looks almost brand new, except for the slightest bit of dulling along one edge. The only thing I can think of is body chemistry. I have a copper mod and it doesn't form a patina where I hold it, only where I don't, while others with the same mod show patina.

the TC just means Temperature control.

Ni means ni200, pure nickel. Nichrome is a different type of wire and won't work in temp control (on most mods).

SS Means it is for Stainless Steel wire builds.(Like notch coils and such)

There are several different types of SS alloy, all with different values required for temp control. The most common is ss316 (and ss316l), which works fine with the ss preset on the Pico.

The G2 will TC Kanthal and NiCr perfectly, I have done it with both wires. It doesn't use TCR to regulate those coils.

I believe it's just tarnish on the nickel plating. I have an impregnated "silver" polishing cloth that takes away the tarnish on mine and brings the metal back to looking like new. I give it the once-over with this cloth about once a week.

It's 23mm in diameter which is the same size as the Merlin, and my Merlin fits the Pico. (Barely, but it fits).

The eleaf Pico will take 24mm atty with just a little mod to the battery cap.
The mod is dependent on the cap being screwed down to the same position each time the cap is replaced.

Video for '24mm' atty on Pico...might go 25.

...and again at 24mm...25 would be .5mm more out of the cap.

Not sure about this paint job but the battery itself (ie its design) is great...and once I replace this melo 3 tank with something better I will be a happy camper.

Interesting. Mine's silver, but I already put a decent little scrape in it. As such I ordered two wraps from Jwraps. I have a Merlin mini RTA on the way also.
