That is why I think the istick would be perfect if it had an internal battery that could be replaced by the consumer. Keep the mini usb to charge. If for some reason it won't charge replace the battery. I doubt you will see this but it's something to hope for. Shark dna also has the RNA which means you can change internal battery but I see the unit is larger than the dna.

Yeah a user replaceable battery would be great; hopefully of course that the battery hatch was strong and secure and it didn't increase the size of the Istick. Then we would only need one Istick and a few 18650 batts.

You haven't lived until you've had a can of Diet Coke freeze and then explode in your vehicle! In the low 40's here this morning. Looking forward to visiting my sister in Fla. later this month!

I know, right~! And 'diet' drinks freeze easier/faster than non-diet do. When it explodes you get all these 'shards' of frozen soda everywhere~!

I'm having a difficult time keeping the honeymoon going with my iSticks. I've been using Naughty minis on them and just cannot keep juice out of my mouth (stop ... be nice gutter brains ... you know who you are ;)).

I've done everything imaginable to the mini including buying the "T" tanks to use because I heard it didn't have the vacuum issues the standard tank does. (BTW, is does not have vacuum issues. Much easier to get open and still no leaks.) I've exchanged coils several times with BVCs I got from different vendors (all authentic), volts/watts up and down, tighten, loosen coils - mindful of gaskets, tighten, loosen tank, clean out post and drip tip ... ad nauseum. Both tanks on both iSticks spit constantly whether I'm vaping cooler or warmer. I've got a blister on my tongue where it got me yesterday. Now mind you these tanks do not spit like this on my EVOD vv batts or my MVP2. I just cannot figure it out.

I have used the EVOD tanks with the 510 adapter on both iSticks and the problem is much decreased, but not entirely gone. I'm going through juice and coils like Sherman went through Atlanta so this is rediculous. I put the EVODS tanks back on the EVOD batts today just to get a break from the aggravation. Any thoughts?

ETA: Air holes on both tanks wide open too. Closing them off any at all makes it even worse.

I really wasn't going to say anything like; "if you'll put that in your mouth...".

As for the issue, for comparison, am using the same topper and heads you are, without this issue, so it's either the juice itself, or the drip tip? I favor 'delrin' drip tips, so am not using the stock ones. I buy my various shades of vanilla from MBV and it's 65PG/35VG and as it ages it becomes almost black. Now, every time I refill the tank, I *do* clean out the area where the drip tip sticks in with a kleenex so as to get any juice that has gathered there (and there is always some there), and I also blow out my drip tip as well - could this maybe be the difference?

I do keep my device at the lowest setting of 3.0v and have both 1.6 & 1.8ohm heads (they also vary up and down a bit like, 1.5 or 2.0ohm).

Does any of this help you?

Since folk are talking carry case, I thought I'd share mine. Found it at a thrift shop and has been lying unused. I think its pretty perfect. Its a cell phone case and has a zippered pocket that fits a 30ml bottle of juice and a second tank.Has a clip on the back to hook onto my jeans. 2014-10-05 12.44.01.jpg2014-10-05 12.44.13.jpg

This is Sooo cool not having to click to go thru a menu to change settings and find info!!!

I thought the Itaste was easy- this provides more info every puff with the only thing I Can change (watts) right next to it.

    How Cool is that???

I'm very happy I skipped over all the tube Mods and Boxes and Twists and such. ( and saved enuf to afford a few hundred of these ) :)

Yes it is very cool to have the 3 button to allow instant change between watts/volts and instant adjust of either one 'on the fly"!
That coupled with a display that shows all you need, all at once. Actually few people have ever commented on just how extremely fast and convenient you can adjust this thing; yeah its great!

Boy that wouldn't work here in Wyoming. We have had measurable amounts of snow so far this fall. I'm afraid we're going to have another long, cold winter.

I'm sitting here in Shorts and No Shirt. Got the A/C on and the Entire house is Closed up with the Drapes Pulled.

It was in the Low 90's Today.

Been like that Since about May.

On a motorcycle trip with some buddies since Thursday and we camped in Kentucky last night on the way home. I can attest it was COLD last night! Rode through Ohio on the way back home this afternoon and was pleased it at least got into the low 60s. At least my iStick and my new tank was waiting on my hobby table when I arrived home. My wife poked fun at me that it looked like Christmas came early! :D

So... craziest thing... I just got an email with an update, today, SUNDAY, the one that was stuck somewhere in NY, is now in IA! Thank goodness it's not sitting beside a conveyor somewhere on the floor, but wow... what has it been doing for 3 and a half days! So much for $7 2day shipping! Oh well, I really shouldn't complain, it's on it's way and I'm thrilled.
