I agree if we don't hold them to there word who will ? Vapers have been getting screwed for years and for the most part we just put up with it, time to hold vendor accountable !
I am sooo pizzed offOrdered a silver istick at in stock price for my son, and they now tell me it won't be in stock til Tuesday

This reminds me of the hot pink Evods. I wanted to send a male friend one to try when they first came out. The only ones that I had left were the hot pink. Just so happened that he was running in a Race for the Cure (breast cancer) that weekend. Not only did he use and love that Evod, it went well with the theme

This is exactly why I got married in a pink shirt. I was wrong, and the wedding pics still haunt me.
That's because when you view from your phone as I am unless you go into the description of the product which I don't need to since I already own one you would never know it is a pre order for the silver.Oh, I believe you. I was replying to the poster that mentioned that they still show in stock

Maybe so. that would force them to have a separate listing for just the silver on preorder though. I learned the hard way to read all of the details on Ebay
ETA- I see what you are saying. Just not list the color until they have it in stock. I don't know. I have had enough issues with Ebay that I just do not order there any more.
I ordered on the 8th and received no e-mail regarding a refund.
Personally I don't do pre-orders, they suck, and why should I pay for them to make a profit. I also only buy things from Fasttech that ship the next day. I would much rather pay a few bucks more and buy IN STOCK, the worse thing any vendor can do is lie, or make promises about pre-orders.
I am in the Vaper Tek preorder but won't be home for another 10 days so not really concerned it is still in transit. I have been following the order status page amd will continue to do so. Would be nice if it is in the mail to be delivered when I get home (all mail currently being held at the post office)
I don't mind preorders myself. If they are at a discounted price. I have been in many coops and preorders where the savings made it well worth the wait. JMHO
What I think is a Shame is when a Seller who has Had a Good Reputation, and a Good track record of reliable shipping, starts taking Orders for things that they Don't Have. But say they Do.
If something is a Pre-Order or the Sellers says that they are going to get something in, and then there are Delays, well, I can deal with that. No Thrilled. But I can Deal with it.
But when a Seller says "In Stock", that means that the Item Should be Physically In Stock. And the Seller should Ship in 2 or 3 Days at the Most.

I agree. That's why I paid $36 for my istick rather than the $31 pre-order prices. I also ordered from FT the $20 Erlkonigin instead of the $15 or $17 version because it was in stock. I don't think most vendor deliberately lie about pre-order dates but ..... happens with shipping from China that's out of the vendor's control. Not trying to make excuses for them because they shouldn't rely on ship dates either. This is a hot product and limited places that have it in stock. I will say that VapeNW ships very fast and transit times is usually 2-3 days.

Yeah, I think everyone should be more aware of these ebay sellers like vapenw. I did get my 2nd stick from them with no issues, and it even shipped fast- and I know plenty of others have too.
But there have been more than a few people on this thread with sub par to bad experience with them. I don't think their intention is malicious in any way....I just have a feeling they are in way over their heads here. Also if you look at their ebay feedback, it's pretty terrible in the last month; could be due to the volume though.
Point is, it's hit and miss, and I would recommend anyone go with a trusted site and pay a few bucks more. Or, if you're like me and just needed a backup, and time wasn't a concern, hey go for it. I just hate to see people waiting to get their first one and only istick and running into issues. I think if I had to do it over again, I would've bought it directly from eleaf. The few bucks more gets the 6 month warranty, and free juice.

I agree. In the case of Stew with VT, they should have been honest about the delay instead of telling him that they had shipped. We can deal with delays but not the lies. That just shows that the vendor can not be trusted IMO If they lie about that, they will lie about other things IMO
After reading these last few pages, I wish I had not ordered a silver to go along with the black in the same order from Vape NW. Most aggravating is the wife changed from blue to silver at the last minute. Yep, her fault lol.
