Yeah, pretty BS that they didn't save any stock for midnight. Total bait and switch.
Same with me. It doesn't say out of stock like earlier, it just doesn't update.

i was able to get a nauti mini in the cart though and the site is just down for me now
Correct, even this afternoon it said in stock, but if you tried to add it to cart it wouldn't and a little dialogue box came up saying it was actually out of stock. Same thing it's doing now, but with all the traffic they're getting, the dialogue box doesn't always come up.
Either way, kind of ....ty that they've been out of stock for a few days and still advertised the deal when they clearly knew they wouldn't be getting any more in.

If you advertise a price for an item that you do not have on hand to sell it is illegal in many States. Here in California you must have enough on hand to meet a reasonable demand for the product. The law here states that the way around this for the vendor is that they can state that they have limited quantities or say the number of units available, but I don't recall ecig doing that. In any event, it doesn't appear that they had any available.
The laws in Texas may be different, but advertising something you don't have or only have in such a small quantity as to render the advertised price meaningless is the definition of a "bait and switch". I'm really not mad, but it is bad form when you are a new site trying to build up good will.

A few days ago it said it was out of stock on their page, then they got the black and silver on the page as available, but you couldn't purchase it. I was hoping they were saving it. I can't do anything on their page with the traffic, though.

Could it be that they are just trying to get the site to update for the sale and all the traffic has crashed it? I don't see any sale prices listed on starter kits or juice either. Hopefully a decent supply of $15.99 Isticks will be available once the site is up and running. If not, the bad publicity will kill them.

From other sites I was watching, it is possible they just weren't prepared on time. I saw one company that didn't start putting their items on sale until 30 minutes after midnight, then they were popping up as sale price one at a time.
Still out of stock. Very disappointed with them. It let me add it to the cart and when I went to the cart to try to check out, it said the item is not in stock. guess I didn't really need a third stick.
