Well I have decided to bite the bullet and get me one of these for work. I would love to know how many charge cycles these can take. But I only work on weekends and don't get to vape much when Im there so this will be perfect and it will fit in my case a whole lot better then my Provari.

I know a lot are not in stock but does anyone know of some reputable dealers that may have it in the future?

Thanks!

Hehehe... Me too.

My first eGo was a Riva from Liberty Flights. ;)

LOL, my first was a Joye 3.4 fixed voltage....with it's unfiltered PWM waveform it "hit harder" that the voltage seemed to indicate. Back then it was considered an advantage, not a defect.

I saw them in stock for $60 for the full kit but that is high. AceofVapes has them for 29.99 preorder and shipping is free.

FYI- AceOf Vapes just jacked their price up. $34.99 now.

Truer words were never spoken.

You are right about that. I think that many people do not understand the fact that LR was only created to give vapers a high voltage experience with a low voltage ecig. They were introduced so that folks could get a warmer vape on an Ego. People that have VV/VW mods really should not need LR.

A better solution is to introduce step down technology, bucking, to lower end Mods, it's been there for years in twists and vv and mvp etc

I was talking about well before Twists and MVPs were ever even thought about. That was when LR was created.

Ace of Vapes is where I ordered. Price was still $29.99 Wednesday when I did it. They claim they'll have stock on Oct. 3.

So I bought the one from my local B&M guy. $30 used. Hell, I stood in his shop using it most of the time anyway and I know him pretty well. (Plus, I think he just wanted me to leave).

Wrapped a Kayfun lite+ at 2.5ohm. There we go. :) Looks kind of stupid even in nano mode but the whole thing is much more pocketable than an MVP2 and much more comfortable to hold.

Mrs. Kodiak will just have to forego her 3rd new purse this week.

What did they use for the case? It looks like a CPU case, emptied, with a 510 connector added. Each unit comes with a wheeled cart so you can use it on the go (although it is better to avoid taking it on stairs, if possible, as it may slip and crush you under it.)

It does kinda look like they used a 90's Cell Phone case for a Transformer. LOL

But the Underlying Concept is there. 1W ~ 100W is where it at.

Ditch the 300 -x- 300 Display and give it a DNA30 Style Screen. Cram it into a iStick Form Factor with an ZNA Style replaceable Battery and you would Rule the e-Cigarette World.

BTW - I haven't seen you around in ages. Hope everything is Good.

...

Variable wattage and variable wattage should mean that you can adjust (vary) your voltage/wattage to your preference...

The Key would be for the Voltage to be Fixed and not Mathematically Averaged or Normalized.

I know the 9 volts for 1/3 of a Second and the 0 volts for 2/3 of a Second is an Unrealistic Analogy. But the Math does yield a 3 volt Average Voltage over 1 Second.

Trouble is Numeric Averages and the Type of Hit a person Receives can be 2 Different things.

I am really enjoying my full size KFL 2.0ohm coil on my Istick...it does hang over a little but like the looks better on this then I did the MVP. I'm also pleased that it seems to sit very sturdy on my desk/table...I was afraid it would tip easy. What color did you get?

Black for me. If it were that pukey "pink" I might have still gotten it but would be typing this from the basement with the shades drawn. :D

Had a chance to put more stuff on it now. It definitely fires too hot for me even at Eleaf's convoluted definition of 3.0 volts. I'll just give the MVP2 owners here a warning and go out on a limb: Unless you guys vape 4.0 volts or higher (or thereabouts), the iStick will be too hot for you even at 3.0 volts. Enough to notice anyway. Now, if you use rebuildables this shouldn't pose a problem as you can simply wrap your coils a bit higher. But I'm a rarity I suppose who likes his Nautilus BVC coils at low wattage. Unfortunately those don't come any higher than 1.8ohms. Too bad because the Mini seems to be made for the iStick.

Pulled the trigger on a Black one myself. The Kangertech EVOD batteries are great for on the go but I am charging them every night. It will be great to have a home unit and the EVOD batters for out and about. Very stealthy for work at they look like a pen for the most part. Not too concerned about an Oct 10 - 15 deliver estimate since my order from FastTech probably will not be here until then with my new tank anyway as it has been getting the scenic tour of China for a week. This unit may not prove to be perfect for everyone but from what I have read it should work great for what I need.

I purchased it from VapeNW on fleebay. Listing showed it "with" the eGO adapter for $31.99 and free shipping. The eGO adapter was a must for my tanks.

My only question, being somewhat newer to all of this, is my kanger dual coil tanks are running 1.5u. Based on what I am reading should I get higher ohm rated coils? Just want to be safe and have the best possible experience.

Well, these are clones, but they are 2.1Ω. For $7 a 5 pack might be worth a try. Black replacement glass tanks are cheap if you are into the matching look....

This thing is incredible. I picked it up yesterday around 11 am and used it until around 11pm, hitting it pretty hard all the way. By bedtime it was still showing half charge. Normally I would have gone through an 18500 and 18650 in that time and on to a third ( hit it a lot when drinking wine). Love this thing and especially love the size. Going to pick up another one.

My wife is a low voltage vaper. When we were using spinners she would NEVER go above 3.6 volts because she would say it tasted burnt or it was too hot. With her new iStick, she has it set at 7 watts (3.6 volts) and she absolutely loves it. She tried it at 4 volts and loved it even more. I don't understand everyone that says anything other than its lowest setting is "too hot" and not to get it. I don't consider myself a high voltage vaper at all and I can take my Kayfun Mini up to 15 watts and it still tastes great.

Fasttech?!?! Still waiting on some crap I ordered from them in June. I'll die before it arrives. :)

And I'm sitting on 3 boxes of 1.8 coils I got dirt cheap. But thank you for the trouble to hunt these down!
