learning to rebuild a Protank head makes all the diff in the world huh? You have got an air control thingy haven't you? Another game changer for me was the air control adapter.
My Protanks were sitting in a drawer for a long time. When I got my istick however I wanted something lighter for them besides my Kayfuns. I learned how to rebuild the Protank coils and it has brought new life back into them!

OT if anyone has any used Protank heads they don't want please PM me.

THanks!

Oh yeah! Got one for each of my tanks. Once I tried one I couldn't go back to the regular base.

is this what you're talking about?
Kanger Airflow Control Valve for Kanger ProTank-II, ProTank-3, AeroTank | SmokTek.com

I almost bought it with my last order of supplies but if it makes that much of a difference I'll definitely have to get it next time. My protank2 has been gathering dust lately..

Here you can see all of them--side by side. They all work--both on the full size (510 threaded) tanks and on the eGo threaded ones.

Thanks Kataya. They're out of stock for the PT3 V3. Know where else I can get em? Ithought of an adjustable air flow ring like these several weeks ago and thought it was an original idea. I don't know when they started makin them but I wonder if I had made one if it would have been considered as a clone? Great idea if I do say so myself. :)

Everybody sells them--prices vary. Google them.
