Just really thankful my iSticks are ok !
Oh, it's such a relief when problems turn out to be caused by something simple, cheap, and easy to fix!

Yes, I just love these little things...all my other stuff is gathering dust
...and I was soooo hard set on only using mechs and replacing my own batteries...

Sometimes I wish I had a fob and a different sounding horn on everything I own.
You must not have read all my comments because if you had, you would see how much I like the i50. Just because I have a few gripes about something doesn't mean I don't like it.Why don't you send your 50w iStick back? Just return it already. I've been reading all your many complaints about it, and since you dislike it so much, why are you even keeping it?
Everybody else says their iSticks work beautifully. My Sweet Vapes order should be here tomorrow with my 50watt iStick, and I can't wait! I think I'm going to live it, especially paired with my new Kanger Subtank Mini.
I have been waiting months for the 50w iStick to go on sale. I also spent many hours watching reviews by iStick users to make sure this was not just a "cheap plastic" device. I don't have a huge vape budget, and I am going to be vaping with the iStick for a long time, so naturally I wasn't thrilled to hear negative things about it. I also invested in a Kanger Subtank Mini, and the occ coils; it really adds up quickly on the dollars spent. You must not have read all my comments because if you had, you would see how much I like the i50. I've been coming here for nearly 4 years and last I checked, this forum wasn't only used for praising things.
You are right about one thing though. This box only costs $50 for decent power and a big battery. Obviously there is going to be places for improvement.
I could've wrote this post. For the reasons you stated I don't even use mine anymore. Makes me think those who enjoy it so much must like the tight as hell draw it has.Gotta say, I picked up a GS Air after all the talk and don't really care for it. It doesn't hold enough juice for me and even though I removed the little screw I don't feel like it gets enough air for me. And it whistles now. Annoys the crap out of me, and I feel like its too loud to use at work.
I still have the screw and a box of coils, if anyone wants it.
What about when you misplace the fob?![]()

I've been on ECF several years, too. I used to post under a slightly different user name; I spelled Starre differently. I had to start all over again here, G+, Twitter, and all my social networks when my Windows computer was hacked last spring. That was a nightmare.
Anyway, I'm glad to hear that you do like your iStick. Mine should have been here, and I'm excited about trying it. It's my first box Mod.

I think the spinners and I taste vv/vw are about to retire into a shoe box.
I think this may be my "go to" PV for about all my vaping needs! Then I have to figure out what to do with these?
You ain't seen nuttin compared to the pile I've accumulated in a very short period of time.....
98% is collecting dust.
Thanks, that seems to help until I switch to the next atty.
Is there something more permanent of a solution like fixing a metal piece on the pin or replace the pin altogether?
Me...I bought "a bunch" of GS Air's ($9.50)...put them on my "outdated/unloved" Mods...and scattered them around my apartment.
I have my "main stash" at my desk. But I also have 2 in each bathroom, 2 in each bedroom and 2 in the kitchen...so I can vape wherever I am.

I love my GS Air tank.![]()

I really like mine also. They are louder than I would like and I hope they come out with a larger version, but keep the same coils. But I love the performance of them with higher VG on my IStick 20w. The first coil has gone through 14 refills and hasn't lost flavor yet.I love my GS Air tank.![]()
Does the 50W iStick run "hot" like the original? Or did they fix that? Is the voltage actually correct this time or will I have to dial it down?
