Got my istick today, wanted to just share some pics.
I cannot believe just how small it is. I set it on top of a a sony cybershot camera case for reference.

Also 1 observation.

With Aspire tank @ 2.0 ohms on BVC coil, it will work/fire at the 5.5 volt limit.
But it will not go up to 20 watts. It will go to 15.2 W.
I attatched a 1.8 ohm (old school) 510 atty, and it reached 16.8 Watts.
So the lower your resistance on coil, the higher the unit will fire at. (watts) anyway.

This thing is Awesome! Learned everything i need to know about it in about 20 seconds.
I had no errors whatsoever by the way:

Here's a couple of pics of unit.

very small as you can see next to camera case.

images 023.jpg
performing flawlessly

And here's max rock'n it.

i think he wants one ! lol.

I'd love to get a case for this, something like the Shark Skin for the Vapor Shark. Are those jwraps any good? I've never heard of them.

I want a Shark Skin for this as well! I've had really bad luck with J Wraps, but other people seem to love them so Idk, maybe I'm just unlucky! I had 2 Vapor Sharks and the skins for those are wonderful so I would love to see someone make them for this as well, but I'm not sure if that'll happen.

I have jwraps on all of my pvs except for a few of my provaris and the istick - which I like just the way they are. I've been very happy with jwraps, get a ton of compliments and comments on them all the time. I guess there are cheaper wraps- jwraps have sales fairly often but some still may consider them high priced compared to stuff I've seen on ebay etc. They ship very quickly, don't look cheap or wrappy at all.
I'd get one for the istick if I didn't have this nifty shiny raspberry color. =)

Interesting...so you're saying if someone puts a 1.8 coil in their Nautilus, and slaps it on here; you don't really need to mess with the Volts at all, just the Watts?

Watts (the heat at the coil) = Ω's ??? Volts (I never remember what the "???" calculations are. It just indicates that Watts is one side of the equation and Volts and Ω's are on the other side.) So...

Variable Voltage is like driving without Cruise Control. When you change to a topper with different Ω's you have to readjust your Voltage setting to get back to the same coil heat (Wattage) you were using.

Variable Wattage is like using Cruise Control. Once you find a coil heat (Wattage) you like...if you change to a topper with different Ω's...leaving it on the same Watts setting will result in the Istick automatically computing the new Voltage required.

Yes, the Naughtiette.

(ok, I'm not sure if it's cause of the tank or the stick, but I'm hittin this like a ______(you can fill in here)___.)

(I think I'm gonna hafta lower my nic!!!)

I can smell ya'!!!

I'd been happily vaping 12 mg. in multiple different toppers.

After loading up my first Nautilus (with the BVC's)...I had to run to my local B&M for some 6 mg. just to be able to stand up.

My issue wasn't the price, the first one I got was very blurry, then the THREE they sent to replace that one were either the wrong patern or the wrong device! It was a HUGE mess.

OoOoo that would definitely suck. I've never had any issues remotely like that but if I did I'd be very unhappy for sure! The last time I bought wraps from them was this past spring so maybe they've gone downhill or something. For the price you definitely expect great quality and service!

The math is W=I^2*R, where I=V/R, so W=V^2/R, with ^2 meaning squared (a number times itself), W being watts, I being current (amps), V being voltage, and R being resistance (ohms).

Your analogy is good, although it is not quite that simple. VW (when working precisely) will keep the same power (watts) regardless of resistance, but different toppers (attys, clearos, etc.) can give different vape intensities at the same wattage.

Lol yea, I wasn't happy. This was closer to the beginning of my, so far, short vaping history lol. I like Shroudz, I've met the owner and he's super sweet. He said he'd make me one if I'd let him babysit the mod so he can get the measurements, I just don't want to let it go over night just yet lol.

I make my own wraps out of free samples of 3M DI NOC material. I will be making wraps for my Isticks when I receive them. When I am on my computer tomorrow or Friday I will post a link to info. Once I make the pattern I will see what I can do to post it too. All my mods are wrapped with DI NOC. Don't know how to attach a pic with Tapatalk..

I find P=IxE a whole lot simpler to remember. The P represents power in watts. But then different peoples' minds have their own favorite ways to remember things. For years the only Ohm's law equation that has stuck in my mind is I=E/R. It doesn't matter though as from there you can work the equation to get whatever missing value you have. The P=IxE isn't actually part of Ohm's law but has become accepted as such.

Mine was suppose to have shipped yesterday. Was provided tracking # but as of tonight it still shows usps was notified but had never been scanned into their facility. Keep posting if yours actually moves.

I shall! I really hope it comes by the weekend so I can look marginally cool at the VapeXpo in Ann Arbor. :2cool:
