I don't mean to come off as rude, that is not my intention...but I have seen posts like this numerous times in this thread, (yep,I've read the whole thing) and it makes me wonder: why is the entire iStick fanbase waiting on PBusardo to test this thing? Certainly there are other people out there who have access to an oscilloscope and also enjoy vaping. Why can't we just ask Joyetech directly? Seems like we'd get an answer to this burning question a lot faster that way than waiting on Phil to get around to it.
Yes. That would be a deal breaker if you use different flavors. I seldom use any at all.
I personally don't care if it steps down voltage, as I am one of the few (it seems) that enjoys this device at its upper limit on a Kayfun. I just wish people would stop waiting for some YouTube guy (PBusardo) to answer the question. I'm sorry everyone for bringing it up yet again, but it ain't gonna happen.

Most clearos I run 7 watts and my others at 8. All I care is that it does a good job with those toppers.
The fear comes from thinking that with a 4.2 volt charge that it cannot work at a wattage below that voltage number.
ETA a 2 ohm coil at 4.2 is 8.8 watts. If it displays 7w and still puts out 8.8 that is bad. If it puts out around 7, that is good.

Pretty much everyone in this thread already has one and new posters are getting them delivered to them daily. I find it hard to believe he can't get one. I love watching his videos as much as everyone else does. IMO nobody goes into more detail than he does when reviewing a product, but cmon P, GET ON IT!

That's Odd.
Because I was Not Aware of the iStick Kit's coming with a Wart. Was that something the Retailer included.
And my "User Manual" doesn't seem to have the Broken English Wording that yours has.
I don't know many Reviewers. And of the Few that I do, Only Phil seems to have a Scope.
If you know Someone who has a Scope and an iStick, by all means, Please ask them to do some Testing.
If they have created an atomizer head/wick system that does not gunk up, burn out, or start leaking for more than 7 days, that could be awesome. But if the tank will get gunked up and need cleaning regularly, I might prefer to have it detachable from the battery.
The only person I know with a scope is 300 miles from me and he doesn't vape. He's a smoker. DUN DUN DUHHHH. LoL. If I could live without my iStick for a week id just send it to him. But I can't so I won't.

The majority of people on this thread have already ordered an iStick (or two or three.) And, as people try their iSticks and post how much they like them, others take the plunge.
And there are plenty of posts on this thread with numbers. Unfortunately, many seem to contradict each other. Why does it bother you so much that many posters would like to see the numbers from a reviewer whose work they know? (Or maybe they have problems with electrical engineering but P. Busardo presents the numbers in a way they have come to understand.)
And, if you read back enough, you will see that he was out of the country when iSticks hit. In terms of popularity, these things have gone from zero to sixty in a nanosecond. If he's back, I'm sure he will get one and review it shortly. It would be unlike him to skip a device that so many people are interested in.
