So sorry--just saw it, while looking for the Silo tank... :p

You don't want a Silo tank--the big one is too big--5 ml capacity--and too expensive--$35... The little one ($15) has no airflow control.

No its really ok, I'm always interested in knowing what's out there for future purchases. Actually I did see the glass only Aerotank before but still opted for the one with the steel option, just had to have that esthetic. And still got a perrdy good price at S-V's.:)

About the Aspire heads, I have to say that I feel uneasy about them too. I cant claim to know what it really is made of and how it functions as its indented use but because I don't have a clue I still feel, umm weird about it.
Now, Im not saying that we are vaping with asbestos, though we prolly are.
Im not saying that the Chinese would use asbestos or a like material for inhalation purposes, ( but they prolly would).
Let me be clear, I jest, I don't know jack.

It does remind me of that though and the irony seems to amusing not to be possible...
Flame if anyone wants too..

I used to think the same thing, I didn't like the idea of not knowing what my wick was made, but Aspire did address this concern on their website and explained in detail about the ceramic wick and that it was completely safe...for what it's worth of course.

Picked up the orings and visited one of the local B&M's. It was clean and spacious inside. The gal was nice and seems like somewhere I can go when i'm ready to learn to build my own coils. Damn you all! I'd not considered it before, but thinking of it now. :)

When I explained my issue with my iStick she didn't have much to say, so I'll be trying the fix again on my own in a bit.

Ended up being a longer outing than intended. Did a couple miles walking in the park and I am tired. (I am not FIT.)

Congrats to everyone who received their new sticks today. I'm sure you will love them.

They do look a lot alike! Male or female? My avatar is my youngest of three females. She will be 1 year in old in just a few days. She is a wild child, don't let the picture fool you! Yours is a cutie as well. I'm sure you got your hands full!

Louisville is only a couple of hours north of where I am. I live near Bowling Green.

Hands full. Mine likes to get all hyper right around this time, bedtime. He's about a year old too. Bowling Green huh, I've been there a couple times in my college days to party lol, don't remember much, but that;s cool!!

You.., you.. you.. Evil little bird!

Self: Do NOT google the Silo tank, $12 for Aerotank .... walk away.

I have a Silo Tank and Nautilus and NAut mini. Silo Tank vapes EXACTLY like the reg Nautilus with a bit more airflow at the highest setting. It is a spitting image of the Nautilus, not worth it in my opinion.

With all this Aspire talk, How about the new Aspire Atlantic coming out!?! sub ohm BVC coils!? Sorry in advance....

I've been reading several pages, but I gave up  Can anyone suggest a non glass tank to use with the istick? I ordered a natuilis mini, but things seem to get broken in my house and I feel like I need a non glass back up..

Willow eyes made some great suggestions for the Aspire's. There are also the Aspire Vivi Nova and Mini Vivi Nova tanks which are not glass and will take the BVCs. I have them both and like them very much!

Aspire Nova & Davide - Aspire - Clearomizers Tanks

They don't have air flow, but I have been REALLY liking the Air Flow Controllers for the 'Stick. They also add the benefit of dread thread protection, with far less gawky height than the Eleaf adapter or normal 510 adapters.

(pic shows a Naughty Mini, but it looks great with any tank)

The new Atlantis..... an Aspire tank for the low ohmers. From the little I've seen, they are weighing in at $40ish and the pack of replacement coils is $20. Also, they do NOT use the Aspire BVCs, so then there's that.

Well, I tried again. Got the oring on the pin, but...

Any kind souls out there willing/able to do a repair for me. I'd pay for shipping both ways. Put a price for your time and let me know.

Otherwise, anybody interested in a month old fixer-upper?

    *sigh*

You might want to consider a Kayfun mini V2.1. It's only 14mm Dia. and comes with a metal tank and an optional Acrylic tank. It's an RBA so you can build the coil and wick to your liking.

Looks like an easy fix. I just got some VariTube 510 connectors (spring loaded pins) for various mods. I thought a 14mm might fit on the Istick but might not be enough room. I was googling a few pics of Isticks taken apart and it doesn't look too hard.

I can give it a try. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and have been soldering for years (20+). Turnaround would probably about a day or 2 max.

Its been a big topic of discussion here. All explained in pbusardo's review.

Taste Your Juice | THE ISTICK… IT’S SOOO CUTE!!

so we are basically stuck with a device that delivers around 1 volt higher than it shows on the screen...at least until someone rips one apart and figures out a way to correct the pulse width modulation?

right now i find that my 2ohm (read as 1.9ohm) cartomizers burn liquid far too easily. Would i benefit from picking up 3ohm carts instead?
