Did anyone else notice the disclaimer under the black Friday offerings?
"ecig.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer(s) without prior notice."
No I did not good catch, not that it will change how I feel about them though lol

Yeah, but the problem is that it wasn't and hasn't been withdrawn or amended. They aren't honoring it; nowhere have they stated that they have amended or withdrawn, that would require an affirmative communication regarding the offer. That's a big difference from a legal perspective.
I was on top of it and didn't get one.........one that's probably what they had in stock. Picked one up on Ebay with the charger for $37.
Yeah, but the nautilus Mini page gives a 404 error. I'm also not seeing any discounts on the ejuices like they said.

Oh I totally agree. But, I think that is what they will fall back on when the ****-storm hits tomorrow.
Yes it is lol. SO playing around I tried to put the mini in the cart, it goes in, when I go to the cart it shows as 2 minis and when I try to bump it down to one it says you can not order in this quantity. very strange
The problem is that they haven't withdrawn it...the price is still $15.99. I'm not an attorney in Texas (just in California), but I've got to believe something like this isn't kosher there either.

Yup...even if what they did is questionable legally, enforcing it is nearly impossible. I just chock it up to a lesson learned...there are some really good deals out there right now and I'm going bananas! Just don't tell my wife that I spent several hundred bucks already today!
I also like how above the price of the istick it says it is in stock still even though it has not been in stock all day

Well, I'm giving up and going to bed. It's 2 AM on the east coast, and this girl is irritated and going to bed. Bah humbug to this black Friday non-sale.
