I was one of the first to post pics. The smaller the atty, the more it'll bend. Regular nautilus looks ridiculous.

Sent from a BIG phone.....Galaxy Note 3

Do you like it? Did you get it for the spring loaded 510 and thread protection or for the bending function? I'm using the 510-ego adapter with a Protank to protect the threads but was thinking of getting one of those or the Tank Airflow Controller

They won't work for tanks that are wider in diameter then the iStick itself. Here I get away with the 3+ml I fit into the 2..5ml Smok Tumbler tanks that are funnel shaped at each end not sticking out and pressing against the mod itself. Most of the 2ml tanks should fit except for the new Aspire Atlantis sub ohm that is that won't fire on the iStick anyways. It got to fire at 12w on the VTR however but won't give you more then a cold vape until at least 15w which maxes that out.

The Eleaf however solves another problem of keeping a pair of small 350mah batteries on me when carrying the eGo-V V3 or V4 Mega 1300mah batteries as spares in case the larger battery wears down while out. The retaining strap for the 2600mah MVP2.0 belt holster that also allows you to carry the VTR simply tore off whehn a cell phone case pressed up against the holster. The retainer forms a loop the main strap with snap goes through when putting on your belt . While I can stick either of those in a coat pocket the iStick due to the small size with long battery time can do the same job. The bending adapter prevents damage to the unit when having a tank attached and is worth getting!

Got a heads-up for all you stickers out there. I bought a 52,000 mah power bank today that came with a USB. Not sure what happened next, but, the power banks lights suddenly went out while trying to charge it. Thinking it might be the fault of the supplied USB cord that came with it , I plugged it into my istick.......now my istick won't charge at all, no matter what USB cord I use!! The wall wart is the same one I've been using all along. My guess is that the USB is an older style or something and not compatible with the istick. When I try to charge the istick, It shows a full battery icon (not blinking) then when I pull out the USB the battery icon shows half charge, even after several hours. I fried something in the charging system by using an incompatible USB. I used this istck for 9 weeks with no issues 'till now...May it RIP.. Be careful.

That sucks-- I was thinking of buying a portable power suppiy-- guess I should think twice. What model was it.
I was going to "like' your post but it didn't seem appropriate --there should be a sad face button

Yes I like it but didn't get it for any reason other than wanting one for myself to see whether or not it'd be of any use. I already have a few of the adapters that have been posted throughout this thread & all they did was restrict airflow on all my tanks.

The only one that worked initially was my Patriot RDA but I didn't want to drip all the time. I dont know what it is about the bending adapter that kicked my Istick up a notch but it helped immensely with airflow & I can't imagine using the Istick without it.

That's what "xxxx gotti"(?) said happened to 2 isticks. I asked if he had tried a different charger and cable, but he never came back. He was the only person that had the problem at that time, and his vendor probably wouldn't replace the second one. That's strange. Can you return the power bank?

The power bank brand is "Xtreme". there was no charge on it right out of the box. When I tried to charge it with the supplied USB cord, it blinked a few times then died. That's when I made the fatal mistake of testing its USB cord to see if it would charge the istck. I did not see that coming. Since I've had my 2 isticks I have been using the power supply and USB cord from my HTC Inc. 2 Phone with no issues. Got the power bank at a flea market this morning. He had several of them, all brand new in the box. Will be shopping for a new istick this week and keeping this one for spare parts:laugh:.

Have you plugged the iStick into anything else like the usb port on a laptop or desktop? How about the 5v usb port on an ac wall outlet? When charging with the iStick off you should be seeing a scrolling dash going back and forth over a row of vertical lines. When left on the mod becomes a usb passthrough device to allow vaping when charging. You are then running off of the usb power not the battery itself.

The charging supply has an obvious problem and should be sent back. Here being the first recharge for the second iStick I plugged into the 5v usb port on an alarm found in a Walmart with a switch for two ac outlets as well. The unit was fully charged in under 2hrs.

Yes, I've tried different USBs and power supplies. It won't show a battery charging anymore even when turned off. I'll try using it as a pass-through device for a couple of days and see what happens.

It sounds like the damage was already beyond repair then! Or you may have received a bad one with all the numbers of iSticks that are flying off of vendor shelves! The fact that it no longer shows the charging mode when plugged into any known to be good usb ports would suggest a defect decided to let go on you once plugged into the portable power source which on the other hand stll can't be ruled out either as having sent a surge into the unit. You are caught between a rock and a hard place trying to determine what the cause was.

Re-read his original post on this. That is not what happened.
