Well, I ordered a black 30 from Evape. I'm gonna do a sub ohm build on a Rose clone and be ready for it. Now I need a smaller sub ohm tank. I guess I'll wait on a Melo or Delta ll. Anybody know a good place to get a Nautilus Mini right now for my wife's 20?
As far as I know, evape.us is the lowest price except it's out of stock. I wish you were asking a couple of weeks ago. I got some nice prices. I'll keep searching through the vendors that I use and get back to you if I find one.

Is 21.49 shipped about as good as it gets?

Shipping is free for 50.00 and over there, so I'd go ahead and buy 3. :)
A lot of times ebay has some good prices on them with free shipping but you have to grab them up immediately because they go so fast. I lucked out on 2 of the ones I have on ebay. I checked a couple of days ago (because 4 of them isn't enough for me ) and they all went up in price, but there'll be more to come in the future for sure, but yeah, this is a great price for them.

Thanks, I'm gonna buy from them. They have em on ebay for 21.49/ free ship but I don't want to wait a month for the slow boat from China :)

Apparently you haven't been following the eGo batteries too much lately! The eGo II offers a 2200mah battery that is bult more like a Vamo. EGO-II 2200mAh Battery - Black - VV TWIST Version

The original on the neck next to the main connector wobbly loose button was replaced with the newer batteries that started showing up late last summer into September. I ordered four eGo-V V4s with the improved button along with the 20w Vamo Fire wood body model to have onhand. With usb charging FT has them priced at $22.66 and without the cord $18.99 which they ship out in just the disposable sleeve you have to pull off of the battery. The button is now at the top of the battery tube rather then the wobbly old loose button on the neck next to the main connector on the updated version of the Mega battery. $22.66 eGo-V V4 Variable Volt/Watt 1300mAh Battery - 3.0-6.0V / 3.0-15.0W at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Despite the rash of mini mods being seen Smoktech is far from through selling eGo batteries but making some much needed improvements instead!

The problem with the eGo-type batteries is the pitiful current limit of 2.5A. We can't get BVCs above 10 or 11 watts, depending on the resistance we're using. If we're happy with stock BCCs & BDCs, the ego is sufficient to fire them up to about 10W (2.5Ω heads will fire up to about 14W). The current line of clearomizers, starting with the Nautiluses, really like 12-15W+. My eGo VV3 Mega sits on the back of my vape-shelf, next to my 650mAh Ego and 1300mAh twist as they are unable to fire any of my preferred attys with acceptable performance. My VAMOs & VTR still perform wonderfully, within their known limits. As always, YMMV.

ok folks....i don't remember whom suggested it...but THANK YOU!
So I grabed a 2ohm dual coil for my coworkers protank as most suggested but then someone chimed in with this vertical coil....they just came in the mail a bit ago and well...I had to give it a try....dug out one of my old pt2's and put that puppy in there....i'm impressed....the flavor is spot on and i've been a dripper now for a long while, gave up on tanks forever ago now :D and the flavor from this coil is the same as my et dripper.....now if my tanks weren't so leaky i'd really be tempted to use these all the time....but me and tanks never really got along....everyone would always leak out the connection....

edit....but i did find out ya gotta let it sit for a bit then kinda prime it before vaping (blargggg dry hit....)

Good to know. Now, if BVC versions of the BDC heads were available, those with Aerotanks, Genitanks, ProTank3s, EVOD2s, etc would also have much improved vapes. Or we can just rebuild them ourselves...

What do current iStick users think the chances are that Eleaf got things right the second time around with the 30W? For less than $35 shipped and in stock, I'm considering breaking my vow to not be an early adopter/guinea pig. I'm thinking about treating myself in celebration of being 6 months analog-free and my birthday. Everything I have my eye on is either not available yet or has questionable user-feedback. It appears that Eleaf's leather holder should fit the 30watter, maybe?...

It is easy to rebuild the kanger coils to a vertical coil. I do it on all five of my emow mega tanks. The vape is very good as long as you have decent airflow.

I say go for it. :) I think they got it pretty good. I just ordered one for the 33.99 shipped. Tired of waitin on the 50's.The only thing I would like to see is the chrome top and bottom done with stainless. The holder should fit. The 30 is only 2mm taller, 2mm thicker, and apparently .3mm narrower for some reason.

It sure seems like they ticked off all the customer feedback boxes(except means/rms?)--and kept the same price point! Personally I'm pretty impressed with Eleaf-- they could have milked the 20w for a few more months but instead realized they might lose ground to competition and responded remarkably quickly. I too am looking at the 30w... and the 50--doh!

I don't need one, but I'm tempted to get a 30W. I like Eleaf, just for the fact that they finally brought a reasonably sized, functional, box mod to market.
I don't expect the 20W to be available much longer. I think they will exhaust current supplies and let it go. Again, I don't need anything!!
