It always takes about 12-24 hours before anything besides "label created" shows up. If nothing shows up after a day or so, then I would start getting worried.

What shows on the screen when you plug in the USB charger? Do you see a lightning bolt?
I usually get my stuff from them pretty quick, 2 or 3 days (Weekends & Holidays excluded) even with the free shipping option, I have been pretty impressed with their shipping.

txford, I'm wondering, and wondering sadly, if yours isn't a case of what one of mine experienced. I believe the USB port wonked out somehow and it would not charge, no way, no how, zilch, nada, niente.
Do you have any Contact Cleaner, electrical lube, or even alcohol to treat the Port?
Didn't these come with good warranties?
