Inspects don't "force" yourself to ween off the nicotine it will happen naturally well it did for me. I started with 18mg and struggled continuing to smoke so I bumped up to 24mg and I finally quit then 24mg just became too strong a throat hit, too harsh so I lowered the nic down to 18mg and I was at 18mg for a long time before it started getting too harsh. Then I went down to 12mg for awhile but I started sub-ohming so I dropped to 6mg. That's where I am now and that took over a year getting here.:)

Hi Evie.....I'm sucking on a sub tank @ .5 ohm 28W's topped off with 24mg, haven't felt this great since I got divorced.......:D

Inspects I have been Completely Tobacco free for a little over 6months now and I am making my own juice currently at 15 % nicotine

Your fighting a lot of anxiety keep vaping and try to relax AS BEST YOU CAN,

"REMEMBER THIS;

THE FEALINGS YOUR HAVING WILL PASS" !!!
keep saying this to yourself at the worst times

Anxiety has been troubling the last couple weeks.........my GF is in South America buying a product we sell, when she returns hopefully between the 24mg and her....I'll be all set...:thumb:

But I may PM Bikes about that summer camp gig (regardless).........:D

I still run a summer camp for the Rocks. Only costs $300 for 6 weeks and they really seem to enjoy it, hikin, trail ridin, swimming (some have a problem swimming). They are very well chaperoned (only 2 pregnancies in 32 years). PM me for details...:)

lmao......PM coming........:D

What Bike has to offer is really nice out of the city and the stress, how wonderful

I think when you started dropping your nicotine level so early and too fast was probably your biggest problem,

If 24mg of nicotine worked for you just stay at the level for now and remember you can suck your juice all you need to or more

If 18mg of nicotine worked for you just stay at the level for now and remember you can suck your juice all you need to or more

I do not know how much you used to smoke, but it does not really matter

The reason I say this is you will suck on your vape gear whatever your body requires or needs

All you want to do or need to do is feel normal to counter balance the withdrawal fellings, and your body will do this on its own when you vape
You will discover a way to balance this quickly on your own automatically

once you have learned this everything becomes easy and you will find you really enjoy vapiing

I discovered for myself when I first started vaping that the transition was a very short time of only a few days and you no longer NEEDED tobacco anymore, but your brain was still adjusting. This transition time can be almost instantaneous or just a few days after witch you just want a cigarette but YOU DON'T NEED A CIGARETTE ANYMORE, and even THIS PASSES AWAY QUICKLY

JUST KEEP THINKING THIS WILL PASS AND SAYING THIS TO YOURSELF AT THIS TIME, and it will!!!

Your going to be surprised how quickly this happens if you maintain your vaping level

YOU'LL SEE :)

JUST DON"T GIVE UP AND SAY STRONG! your doing fine!

And again if you "really need a cigarette" have on, don't feel guilty and go right back to vaping and continue your day!

Keep us posted and we will help you

I continued to smoke for over a month and even that was the first cig of the day. Not having any nicotine all night, I'd wake up and take a vape and it did nothing to settle me then a friend told me to try and chain vape for about 2 or 3 minutes before turning to that cig. I did and it worked. Remember a cig will hit your system within seconds but vaping takes a little longer to fully hit your system. Next time you feel you NEED a cig be patient with your vaping and give it a couple of minutes to hit your system.:)

I wouldn't have another cigarette if it was the last available option....the 24mg hit the spot.

Only need a hit or two...it will take you to your knees if you're not accustomed to it.......:)

I had a bottle for the longest time, but ran out a couple weeks ago, didn't think I needed it anymore.

Back to the 12-6-3....only use the 24 in case of an emergency.......:p

Just the smell of a coffin nail gags me.

That is all it would take for me is one cigarette, it would taste like absolute crap. But the second one would be much better...

So I don't even consider an analog as an option in any circumstance IMHO.

So true, TrollDragon. After quitting the analogs, I've always said that I'm one cigarette away from a carton.:p

Four and a half years after going cold turkey in October 2010---literally the day I started vaping---I can report happily that I don't have even the slightest urge to light up. I did try smoking one cigarette about six months after I quit, just to see how I'd feel about it. Yes, it tasted awful, but the real kicker was my lungs' reaction. They hated it. Even though I no longer wheeze or cough and my lungs are clear, according to my doctor, they have a long memory and don't like being pushed.

I marvel at the cloud chasers who can take a massive direct lung hit from a sub-ohm RDA. 35 years of smoking killed that for me. Even at zero nic, my lungs just won't put up with what they regard as an assault. Thankfully, I'm perfectly satisfied to be a mouth-to-lung tootie puffer. I just don't go above 30 watts. Ever.

People mean well when they suggest you "ween" yourself off cigs or not feel guilty if you have one and some even encourage you to have one once in a while. They usually are speaking of their own experience and/or their known experiences of others. While those methods may have been successful for them, I think it was the longest road to take. Eventually you have to have the last one. Now or later. At that point you have quit (cold turkey). Whether you're doing 3 PADs or 2 cigs per week, you have to quit cold turkey. I always suggest just quit and don't let yourself think about another one. Think negative about it and not positive. Many people go back to cigs because they start thinkin about how good they were even after the physical dependency has gone. I believe the psychological dependency is stronger than the physical dependency and because people don't realize that they allow their thoughts to take over to a point that even after a year of abstinence they go rushin to the store to snatch a pack up. It's easy to control your thoughts and prevent that from happening. Don't dwell on it if a thought enters your head, just chain vape til you get a nic buzz like Evie suggested and look to your vape for comfort. :2c::vapor:
