Still a bunch to figure out. tank system, gauge of tubing, braided tubing or stainless hardline, delay circuitry to the pump so the coil can heat first, deck layout, etc...

I have been thinking this through for a few months, but don't have the capital to get the parts I need and a metal 3d printer, or CNC machine to build the beta. I have access to a 3d printer that can produce in PEEK though.

Will the dna 40 step up the 3.7v from the battery to get the 12v pump's rpm high enough? :)

Probably not. I just posted that pic as a visual for the concept. I would look for a pump that ran native at 3.7v, or would go for a pump with an overkill flow rate to meet needs being underpowered at the 3.7v. Also the only cross over in circuitry from the DNA 40 and the pump would be the break at the power button. I'm not a professional electrician, or engineer in any shape, way, or form. I've just been a tinkerer my whole life so I have a basic grasp of how to rig my beta. Suggestions are appreciated. :D

What ever it is will have to be small when its finished
Or I doubt there would ever be much interest on gear tooo big to fit in your pocket

Pbusardo when he was in china and at the expo or meetings, met with some venders or inventors

And there some very advanced concept design's' using tank-less vaper devices or injector with multiple flavors switching in one device

Everything there was state of the art

This is the first time I even started thinking about this subject when I saw the videos

The current methods available for vapor production seem to be prehistoric to me as well, but looking back only a couple years, the advancement is like flying to Uranus in a Tesla, comparatively speaking.....:)

Elon Musk may one day fly to Uranus in a Tesla. Considering he also owns SpaceX

Any news about your 30W ?

I haven't pulled this one apart or contacted eLeaf yet. My MIL fell last night and had to take an ambulance to the hospital. She's ok. Been tryin to get a few hours sleep today. Another member made an order for some some vape stuff and is sendin one to me. Nice guy huh? I plan on contacting eLeaf to see if they've had any duplicate problems and have a solution. I will probably take it apart and disconnect the battery. Sometimes a pnp or npn transistor can get switched and not reset until power is removed from the board. Then I'll clean it with some spray and try it again. Most of the time with electronics you can visually see a burned or damaged component. I've repaired a lot of junk and even circuit boards in industrial machines with a trip to Radio Shack. :) I'm not the best but know a little about the stuff

I hope she is ok, ouch

Thanks for telling Your doing just fine on your 30W

Its great you have friends help you

Yep semiconductors can do some strange things and many times just looking at the electronics and / or circuit boards can show the problem so you can fix it easy

get some sleep you need it

Except for the germanium detector diode buried under wax on the customers Bearcat Scanner. The weld was broken inside and every time you flexed the board just a little, reception came back...

Fun times finding that back in the day.

Sorry to hear about your MIL, I have two parents in their 80's that are not too stable on their feet.

Thanks guys, she's goin on 85 but she has started vapin and quit cigs CT. I think she just wanted to get out of the house. :)
Sometimes it's not so easy to find problems. A new plastic bag machine at Union Camp had never ran right even after plant startup and with 4 technicians and their foreman workin on it daily for weeks. I checked it out and 4 hrs later after troubleshooting circuit boards and the controller, found 2 solenoid switches that actuated the cut and wrap functions wired backward by the electrician who installed the machine. :)

Nice find on relays. Those repair jobs are the best, especially after others have tried and failed.

Yeah, I'm still proud of myself for showin those guys up. They were really condescending when I offered to find the problem. But it was worth it bein able to grin at their jaw dropped faces.

edit: Very nice find on the diode too :)
