Interesting...very interesting. I have been aquiring parts for what I hope will be a soon purchase of a Dwarf. I decided to pass on a Phiniac sandblast as the colored ones are running at 25 mm OD. I believe the 510 tinted carto tanks Matt offers at his site are 21 mm so the Centauri looks like it may work nicely. Then again I am considering slapping a blown glass solid colored jewel on the dwarf for a unique look. You know, dwarves and their jewels. Haven't decided yet. I think this tank would look damn good though! Thanks for the info.
Jerome is somewhere around Texas right now. Man I cant't wait for my first epipe. He is getting a respectful, traditional setup with some very slight mods. A tinted jazz carto tank with gun metal caps, with an 8" CW, a brass button, and a gold cone. He will be reserved strictly for pipe weed imported from the Southfarthing of the Shire.

I know what you mean. The only juice I put through the Epipes are pipe sauce...it just seems right.

I've been going to epipemods.com randomly for a couple of months to see if anything was available, never even knowing this thread (and its convient posting of available pipes) was here.
Went again about an hour ago and was surprised (and extremely excited) to see a Gandolf that didn't have that ugly 'out of stock' next to the price! So I am now the proud owner of 'Pinky'. Woot!
So anyway, this is my first pipe and now that I've spent a pretty penny I have a few questions. I realize that I should have asked these before hand but again, didn't know about this thread. I only found it because it came up when I googled 'epipe ego booster'. And i only realized that i needed a booster after watching some of the videos on site. Again, something i should have done before i purchased the pipe. So guess what my first question is?!
I really want to be able to vary the voltage, so can anyone point me to where to purchase one? If they are on the epipemod site, I couldn't find them.
I've already put an 8" Churchwarden on my wish list, but being a (self professed) bling *****, I'm also looking for aluminum or chrome drip tips 5" or longer. I've seen pics of bent ones too but have zero clue where to find them.
If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I went about 15 pages or so back and read up to current, so I now know that boosters are currently unavailable. Sucks to be me.
I use Vivi Nova tanks, so what ohm would work best on a non-VV pipe?
Don't know if this helps, but I usually run a 2.2 ohm at 4.1V.

I'd go with a 1.7 or 2 ohm and it'll be very close to what you are used to Iron.

1.8 it is then. I have several of them laying around from the extras you get when buying a tank, so that works out well.
I'm guessing it'll be here on Wendesday or Thursday. Hoping more than guessing, really! I haven't been this excited since discovering variable voltage!

I'm just glad I kept all those mini Vivi's after graduating from the ego twist to the VAMO.

Awesome. Can't wait to see the surprise. Katie shipped Jerome along with some parts and sauce on Friday. A little bummed that my jazz tank kit likely wont be here by then. I place the order online on Wednesday and haven't heard anything; on the website it shows "pending" so they haven't even processed, let alone shipped yet. Grrrrrr. If I am going to spark Jerome upon arrival I will have to use a generic carto tank I have lying around. Luckily my brother SHOOG shipped me a CW so I can at least get the feel of it until the jazz kit arrives.

The Churchwarden I offered you is from epipemods. If shoogdadi's surprise is all you need, then that's fine. I feel bad selling the Churchwarden so soon after receiving it but I encountered some financial difficulties (European customs officers are all hell's spawn) and it seems unlikely I'll be able to afford even the cheapest pipe for quite some time so I have no real use for it.
