Hey Guys, I'm re-posting what Katie wrote on our Facebook page regarding the new payment policy for certain countries. We've been getting alot of questions lately so we wanted to explain what was going on for everyone.

Unfortunately we have someone has been issuing charge backs for items they have received which is stealing from us. Many e-cig companies have also had this problem and have cut off business from these countries completely. We are doing everything we can, as inconvenient as it may be for all who are involved, to continue offering our products to our loyal customers in these areas. We appreciate your business and hope you will understand why this was necessary. It is sad that the thoughtless actions of some have to effect so many. Quite frankly I am not only angry that someone would do this to us but also I am angry for our good customers that have to go out of their way to make a purchase for reasons that they had nothing to do with.

Im totally gonna miss this Fridays sale. Are these new material pipes going to be continued for many more releases or are these a 1 time shot? Im gonna have to hope some of these psychedelic pipes come back again. Christmas and several family birthdays are going to consume all my financial resources until after the holidays

All of the new material/designs will be permanent (well until i think of something new) additions to the site.
With the help of the wonderful well oiled crew I have, we are able to produce a lot more than we have in the past.
So we should be able to continue broadening the scope of what we offer. You may not see particular materials or styles each week but we should be able to put a good variety out each month.

One other thing, There has been a recent attempt at developing and association for vendors and liquid standards.
While I believe the intentions were good the ideas presented were lacking in areas and the proposal launched with a ton of opposition.
I have a simple solution to the dilemma. I spent a few years in the food industry as a prep and short order cook. e-liquid prep is no different. use the right ingredients, at the right proportions and voila! All this nonsense about gloves, booties, hats, clean rooms blah-blah.. well it's just silly. Do you expect that from your barista at StarBucks? NO! of course not! A simple food health inspection with a grade that can be posted on your site should be enough.

Ya, it seems excessive to me. Good on you for wanting to do more though. Once nice touch you could add to your bottles would be a born on date. If not for my own use so I can see just how old my juice is and which to use first. Maybe glass bottles. All this craziness of clean rooms is over the top IMO.
We've thought about born on dating but the printing involved would be horrendous. Perhaps we could do like beer bottle and have a month punch out on the label. The exact day shouldn't be that important.
Also, I can get glass bottles in exactly the same style. They are only a bit more expensive but again it raises some logistical issues.
We could do it as an option, but when each bottle is made to order (which ours are) it presents an issue of human error. Packaging product is tedious and a simple glass/plastic option is one more thing we have to look for when picking an order. Not to mention the packing would need to be more substantial for glass. We may add this as an option in the future as the business grows and we are able to have more employees that can focus on these details. Maybe you could get those little sticker dots in different colors and code each color to a month. Or even blank little stickers and you could hand write the date on it and stick it to the bottle after you pour it. So it doesnt mess with the nice labels you already use it could be stuck on the bottom. IDK though, just an idea. Good points on the glass bottles though. They are nice but I like the nice price that you have now along with the low free shipping threshold. I find myself using a syringe straight from the 100ml bottles anyhow. Love those things.

Are the 100 ml bottles glass? I just restocked with 30 ml's but if the 100's are glass, next time for sure...
