I know that clones are a sensitive and complicated issue, but is this thing going to hurt Killer and Diver sales? I doubt it. Personally I own all three and will buy a GG Achilles or two when they come out. And which of those three Greek RBAs came first, or did they all come up with the idea for a rebuildable atomizer that works in a tank simultaneously and independently? I certainly see your point, but I think there are a lot of vapers who don't want to stalk websites or can't pay higher prices, and there are some who are happy to pay more and go through the difficulties of getting the genuine article that performs a little better. Despite all the clones, people still buy Provaris an GGs, and I don't think either company is losing sales because as there are more and more clones, there are also more and more vapers. Some people will choose the clone, some people will choose the original, and some people will choose both. If nobody in this business borrowed any designs and ideas from anybody else, we would all be using Chinese cigalikes and vaping Chinese juice, or worse yet, we would still be smoking. And why doesn't anybody fault Avidvaper and Empire Mods for making 510 atomizers (invented in China, if I'm not mistaken)? I think it's difficult to know where to draw the line, and while stealing people's ideas is certainly crappy, I think there's probably room in the booming e-cig market to flourish on both the high end and the low end.
I think Matt's pipes are a different issue, and I don't think he's in danger of losing sales to, say SmokTech. Each of Matt's pipes is unique and hand made, and while others may copy the format or the style, they will never capture the individuality and artistry that he puts into them.
