I have swapped my Penelope to my Gandalf, and now my brass Sun is on Fruit of the Tree. Your pic didn't prompt the inquiry. Many of us devoted EPMers have permanent setups for our pipes, and a streamline look is what I always strive for. I like my atties to look like they are def meant to be on the pipe they are attached to. I'm a little particular since I often take my pipes out and about nearly everyday.

Thanks for asking around Matt. Many of us already know this, but it bears repeating. Top Shelf Customer Service all the time.

Shoog, I was just asking if mine looked good so I could point you to where to pick it up, just in case you liked the look of it together. I try and do the same as you but unfortunately it isnt always possible. I tested several cones with the Dragon Atty and the one I pictured seems to fit the best. Wish it was brass though and would love for Matt to find or have produced one that does fit perfect.

Went with the blue marble smoke. Will post pictures when I get it setup as well as announce the name that BJ picked out for him. I felt bad for sniping it for him so I gave him the honor of naming it.

What part of Georgia are you in Matt? My brother lives in Statesboro and I would like to check out your lounge when it gets up and running.

Let's be clear with my UK brother. I was NOT snaked. That pipe sat there for a long time. I chose to let that happen. I am very happy for Bigfoot! I did sarcastically tell him I envied him...and he asked me to name the pipe. Lovely, I did so with much joy and respect. Bless you pumpkin.

I am growing more and more unhappy with smok. They continue to clone products and produce mods without much thought to proper testing before the products are released. The QC on the carto's they produce is beyond poor.
Yes we carry smok products, but it has been an on going discussion in our company to figure out a way to buy certain essentials else where. I think this seals the deal. We will be doing our best to get our stuff else where.

I wish Ikenvape was a viable source of cartos...theirs are the only 510 cartos I use anymore. Sadly they are constantly so popular they are out of stock.

I had to do some digging to find the pic you were talkin about bro, but no that actually doesn't have a gap like all mine. Still hoping and holding out for a brass ring that matches though.

Me to my brother, a brass one would be sweet. The one I am using is a best I could find for now type of thing. It does look good but brass would set this off like crazy. Heres for hoping something comes up one of these days.

Btw, pics or it didnt happen. Gotta see the Fruit of the Tree. Id post pics of that pipe myself anytime I found any excuse at all ;) There is something kinda incredible about that pipe. One of the few out there I really wish I could get back. There was one called Storm in the Castle that came out the sametime as my Viking and your Fruit of the Tree. Just missed on that and the Viking was my close second choice. You got that pic Matt, do you know the pipe I speak of?

I've had 2 Grippers. Both continued to fire once the button was released. Both have been put out of commission.

My SID (a Smoktek VV/VW tube clone) takes about .5 seconds to start firing and fires off for .5 seconds after letting off the button. It has to do with how crappy their VV/VW computer is from what I can see. I still use mine but only until I can decide to buy something nicer to replace it. I got it mostly as an ohm checker and it does decent for that.

...

As for my atomizer testing today ...

... The Venus (which is the Vision Eternity clone) ... I love that thing. I wish I'd picked up a Vision or Venus a LONG time ago. Only thing I can hold against it is that it is a clone. But build quality is great and the design is a champ. Clouds and capacity are excellent. Vapor is very good. Draw is very tight but not too tight (similar to the pipe clearomizers on ePipeMods). Not even bothering with using it on VV/VW ... the 1.9ohm coil seems perfect for 3.7 volts.

... The Diver ... I'm not convinced I'm happy with this so far. Yeah, having a rebuildable in a carto tank is a great thing but it REALLY gurgles. I can blow the extra juice out but it drips out of the bottom if I do that. I probably need to tweak the wicks ... but I swear I have it lined up like the Atmistique guys do in their Youtube videos. Clouds are decent, flavor is muted. Capacity is obviously nearly unlimited. Draw would be nice (thought a bit tight) without the gurgling but the gurgling makes it SUPER tight and weird.

Anyone else having similar experience with the Diver and figured out what to tweak? I may try to put a bigger wick in and stuff it up into the chamber instead of the tiny wicks they cut on the video.

... The Annunaki ... I haven't fired up yet, it will be my Game of Thrones season finale stress reliever :) Build quality is very sturdy. I do want to polish it a bit since the finish is uneven (and then let it tarnish evenly). However the heft of the device is great. Right now I have it on my little pipe with a stainless Ego flat cone (the one that came with the Venus). Doesn't look too shabby since it matched the non-brass center of the brass ePipe button but I agree that a brass cone would be sweet.

However the tolerances of the tips for the Annunaki seem a tad off. The Peterson is so tight that 2 times removing it have already started eating the O-rings (what size are the O-rings, I need to order some) and the drip tip that came with it is loose but not too loose to be useful. So either the Peterson is too thick by a tiny bit and the drip tip is too small ... or the Annunaki is too small and the drip tip is definitely too small ... or ... something.

I don't have any Type A drip tips (yet, of course) or adapter (I thought maybe the middle thickness of the long Cherry Vape Universal would fit but it is way loose) so I can't tell yet whether it is the Peterson or the Annunaki that is a bit off. My GUESS is it is the Peterson since it is pretty snug even without the O-ring. Going to file down the groove a bit tonight and sand the end a bit to get the Peterson to hold tight but not this tight. And yep, I lubed the Peterson first, still too tight especially for re-dripping.

Matt, what is your experience on how many drops are "safe" to drip on the Annunaki once the wick is primed?

A pic of the original Storm in the Castle? I probably do, I'd have to riffle through PhotoBucket to find it. People seemed to be really taken by that style.

Trying not to destroy my 14 year old, I retreat with Durin poolside to chill the F out...

Of course before I was even halfway done with this post the 3 and 1 year olds came flying out of their room screaming "I miss my daddy" which is code for "I don't want no stinking nap so let's blame it on the fat man"

::sigh::

Very nice, what kind of tank is that in there? Been contemplating an epipe mod. Will be my first pipe :)
