Just found this vp over at digitalciggz and am wondering if anyone knows anything about it. It is so expensive I doubt I would order one even if it was in stock. Just wanted to know if anyone has heard of it. Thanks!

I haven't kept up on their current situation, but they took pre-orders and then released them - and then recalled them all over a pump problem (I think it was a pump problem). I'm not sure what the current situation is, but I haven't read anyone saying they got theirs back after the recall.

It's a PV that was highly advertized to be the game changer in the industry. Release date got pushed back over and over again but people kept waiting. Very soon after it finally was released there was a recall due to issues, I think most of them consisted around the pump. At that time it was said that they would work on these issues and re-release it when it was ready but since then no news. They've either scrapped the project, put it aside or are still trying to figure it out but communication to the pubic is far from a strong point with them so it's hard to get a straight answer.

Just wanted to inform on the EQ...I was one, back in August, that received two EQ units....they were fantastic but they quickly developed varying electronic issues that were found to be brought on by a leak in the wells...I've been waiting and waiting and waiting but no word...starting to give up hope on them...it's a shame...they were very well crafted machines...built like tanks except, of course, for the flaws. Perhaps 2012 will be a better year for DigitalCiggz.com, their EQ, and their Customer communication skills.

there was no epoxy or sealent between the device and the 510 connection. Only a press fit. yeah thats gonna keep juice out. Brilliant.

The thing weighed a ton to.

From what I've seen in the demonstrations the "menu system" was a complete joke too. Instead of going with an lcd they went for something that seemed to require a day long introductory course to fully grasp.
And that price: come on!
