Erlkonigin and Clone Comparison

I've been having feed issues with my R91 too. Not sure why, it was working great when I first got it. Perhaps I need to tear it down and clean it up.

Regardless, I'm really looking forward to my Mini Erlk clone coming! It's apparently out for delivery today!

It came in the mail today! Gave it a really good cleaning and installed a 5 wrap. 29 gauge coil in it. The deck is somewhat tiny compared to my Lemo, but it went together well! Wicked if carefully and was off to the races. No issues at all.

Does anyone know the juice capacity of the FT Mini? Seems lower than I expected.

Don't know what the FT Mini's capacity is but the Authentic Nano holds 3ml.

Thanks. I know the FT site markets this as a 3ml device, but I'm just not buying it.

Regardless, the FT nano is performing flawlessly. No leaks, decent airflow and good flavor. Just wish I could get a glass tank for it that fits. The kayfun tank I ordered with it that some people have bad luck with is about 1mm too short.

God why? You can make a custom tailored coil in under two minutes. No point using some pre-made.

Besides... Don't use a RTA without having a good ohm meter. Quoted Resistance means nothing until you actually mount the coil on the deck and test it in Loco. I would just bin the coils and make one myself.

Tip: I would worry more about getting the wicking right on an erlk than about a pre wrapped piece of wire.

Sorry for the snip job, but that a million times. It's not hard to make work, but it's very tricky to make it work right consistently until you have done it half a dozen or so times. I'll add to the tip, until you know it's wicked right, don't put more than an ml or two in it.

Yes, it's right at 3ml. And pretty sure mine came without a build.

The originals and the erlp come without pre-made coils. I have no idea about the ft one.

Before I got my mini clone I read and re-read how to build it. I was confident and had previous history with my R91, but the wicking was a concern. I somehow managed to get it right from the get go and enjoyed the Erl mini for several weeks before finally dropping it and breaking the PMMA tank. I tried a glass tank section from the R91 and found I got leaks, never could determine if it was from the tank O rings or the AFC. Yesterday I received some new PMMA tanks and nothing but leaking from the AFC. I do not mean a little, the whole darn thing!

I'm ready to throw the whole thing away and stick with something else, not the R91 no comparison to the Erl. Please help me figure out why this amazing little RTA is leaking. All of my O rings have been replaced and I can see air bubbles when I am able to get a vape from it. I fill as previously described in this thread, once and awhile I can get a few good vapes from it, set it down and my tank is leaking all over, from the AFC.
