I have the vapingtech clone and had problems initially with dry hits. Removing the wick ring solved all my issues with it. Also if you are wondering the ibtanked glass fits on the vapingtech clone. Which came in the same box as the type A clone on FT.

I built it to 1.4 ohms with rayon and am using on my ranger box. I don't have an authentic to compare to as I admittedly a cheap MF'er. To put it simply, which I think is best, vapes splendidly.
I pulled the trigger on the authentic Elprinz, nano kit, and 510 dripper adapter. I'm also getting the clone from vapingtech to compare
Please post up your thoughts on the comparison. I really wanted to know how the ErlprinZ compares.
I saw a vid on youtube of the ErlK clone. Other than minor workmanship issues; squeaky chamber threads, slightly loose fill cap, and a bit of a shinier finish, the reviewer says the vape is exactly the same!
If this proves to be true for my taste, then I won't hesitate to order the ErlK

I saw that video too and ordered the $20 version from Fasttech last week. Should be here by xmas
.It's been a hit and miss with me when it comes to clones. I bought a clone Magma and Veritas and those performed exactly like my originals. I also bought a clone Zenith and Plumeveil but those were completely off.
I hear ya. I've been really happy with the EHPro Kayfun Lite+ but not the Kayfun 3.1 from Fasttech. I read the reviews and watched some videos and for $20, it was worth the gamble. They also have a $17 and $15 version but they were 3-10 days to ship. If I like it, I'll probably order the $15 version for spares and the drip tip adapter.
Just bumping this up as my Erlkonigin Clone from FT was delivered today, 8 business days to my door, not bad.... I'll post some pics and thoughts...... "Whoooo... Get some cold cuts!"
I'll have my Erlkonigin Clone from Vape95 I think by Friday... Same packaing as the OP pics listed so that puts my mind at ease, a little.

I just ordered a KFL+ v2 and another Erl clone from Focalecig this afternoon. (code: fcvapingcheap for 10% off) I need a few more since I'll be getting a DNA 40 device and want a few tanks with different builds and wire. I already have 100' of 30g Ni200. This is normal, right?

I build my Erl exactly as shown in CH's build post. Stuff the rayon in. Trim the ends. Pull a few strands away from the bottom. Trim the shoulder parallel with the wick channel bend. And finally, trim the ends of the tails going down the vertical juice channels above the juice control ring. Perfect wicking. Every. Single. Time.
Easy peasy. Of course you wouldn't think that about me if you read through this entire thread and saw all the issues I initially had and how long it took me to get here.

Because in order to disassemble the control head where the board is housed, you need custom tooling to reassemble everything. Zen has already shown all this stuff in a pbusardo video, everything is assembled to very tight tolerances and needs custom tools. I'm assuming the clones, if they are accurate 1:1 clones, will similarly need these custom tools. Yes, cloners also clone the custom tools manufacturers create to build their products. Such as thread patterns etc. IF they are accurate counterfeits. They basically reverse engineer the products and figure out what kind of tooling they need.

Ktmrider, hang in there mine shipped on the 13 th and had the same tracking info until yesterday and it was at my home today. Standard practice for shipments from China. You should be getting it soon.

Tell me about it. Just received my Achilles and an Erlkongin 22mm SS tank and open draw posi pole holder yesterday. Have a VF DNA 40, a doge, a Stingray X drip tip, a Tamerlan mod (70%) complete and a Mutation X v2 on order. I think that's it.
I need to order something from focalecig to get the repair kit for my SqR clone. What's the opinion from looking of their Erlk clone?
