Fingers crossed for now. Below the positive pin there is the derlin piece. Below that was an O-ring shape that was missing. I inserted a ring there to cover the space. Holding .6 ohms for now.

I ordered some plastic replacement tanks for mine just in case I break the IBTanked glass. Now that I know it fits though, I may get a backup one for that.

One thing I've noticed is some of the clones don't have that washer that fits inbetween the chimney/chamber and the deck. Is this a big deal?

Well after non-stop use since I got it my silver box FT erl clones tank finally got a crack as is leaking. I ordered a few replacements and was looking at a IBtank replacement but didnt want to take a chance of it not fitting. I think Ill order the erl nano from FT as I think it will fit on my istick even better and the 3ml juice capacity should be more than enough to get me through the day at work.

I just wonder if Ibtanked will eventually make a nano version tank?

IBT does do a nano tank glass...

I think that's one of the reasons mines was shorting out. I put a o-ring washer there.

If you mean the juice/wick control ring, not really.
Some people use it, others leave it off.

edit: nvm, think I read that wrong.

After reading through all of the pages and checking out everyone's solutions,is there a "general consensus" of which "replica " is the best??

I like the look of the 2mm air flow one on FT but,want to get everyone's opinion.

I bought the silver box and SS drip tip version from fasttech and put the adjustable 510 from the SS drip tip version in the silver box one and, its been great but, if you where to get just one I would suggest the silver box version from FT. the reviews are very positive.

I've not used that juice control ring ever. Or the black afc ring.

I've used every combination of the two. lol
Lately it's been with the juice ring, without the AFC ring.
The AFC ring sticks to my 20x1 510 connection and unscrews it with the atty otherwise. >.<

actually it doesn't. I ordered it thinking it would have the larger airhole depicted but, it didn't... the one they sent me had red orings and the regular sized airhole unfortunately. however, it does have an adjustable 510 pin

Do any of the normal sized clones have 20.5mm diameter? I'm seeing a lot are either 20.7mm or 22mm. I'm looking at IBTanked glass for the Nano clone I'm getting, but I'm slightly worried about fit.

No probs mate.
As rondasherrill just posted, check the diameter before ordering the nano. If the diameter is even just slightly larger than the authentic it may be outside IBTs tolerances.
