if most users know this then I am glad river because we live in a world full of bad information. But I will make that video, just because some people still believe that its important
yes, voltage drop is a silly matter, and most users know this Imeo, don't waste your time trying to prove anything on this. We need you designing the new atty for this mod :)

Hi guys, nice to see everyone excited to get their GG post.

I already have my Esterigon but have a small problem that I haven't seen anyone else mention. I bought an 18500 efest battery that fits the tube no problem, but I can't get the ends on once it's in. As you can see from the picture below, which is from the efest site, the battery is longer than 500mm. Is this normally the case? Should I order a shorter battery or are other makes of 18500 closer to the correct size?

Also I'd just like to state, Esterigon is the most finely tuned, designed and engineered mod I've owned. I would recommend it to any user, GG fan or not.

I am glad you like esterigon buddy, I was sure about that:)

its the first time in my life that I see a 50 mm battery to be at 54 mm lee. We are not talking here about 0,5-1mm longer but for 4mm!

Ok I said this a while ago and Ill say it now again. When yo meet someone that measures voltage drops from mods you need to associate them (in this analogy) with people that drive and love Fast fast fast racing cars. There enthusiasts and they want one thing Speed. Not to say they bad people but we all different and we all look for different things. Like a new car dealership you have your family models cars if its a van or mini van, you have your major budget saver on gas if its a 4 cylender or hybrid car. you have your medium speed economical car, you have your luxuray model, also you have a super super speed car model.

Pretty much the brand is same but they have different models to suit public means.

Now this is how I personally view Imeo's products. He has made genius grand devices as well as atties to suit not only for beginners, average, and more experience vapors but also the safety precisions he always incorporated into his designs.
His always adding new innovations into his devices. Case in point Esterigon who the hell would of thought those 10 features I listed in previous post being available on a mechanical mod? Imeo did. Instead of me listing them here is link.

And river I'm not disagreeing with you buddy, I just wanted to explain why some folks care about that is all. we all look for different things when buying a mod. some features are more important than what others may want is all.

video of voltage drop is uploading. Because some friends cant wait, I am telling you that with 1 ohm wire the voltage drop is at 0,12 volt. If I had put there a wire at 1,5 ohm (most modders use 1,5 ohm to make their measurements), the voltage drop would be less than 0,1 volt, maybe about 0,09 volts. When I will change resistance on my atomizer, I will make a wire at 1,5 ohm and take measurements again

I know bishop, and I wasn't very clear with my statement. There are folks who install chips in their cars or tweak their computers to squeeze every ounce of performance they can, and that's fine. Everyone has their thing. But those extremes are not mainstream and for all the features that you have pointed out, Imeo has made a mainstream device and I just hate to see him so concerned about something that the mainstream cares little about. It would be different if performance was horrible, but it doesn't appear to be. I guess it just bothers me that so much focus is on one thing, and not the unit as a whole. But I know that will all change as more people get theirs and repeat what you and Imeo have demonstrated with all the convenient features it has.

River your right this is a big big mainstream device and whats killing me is knowing this why would someone I won't say who say a comment that Esterigon is only good for GG users. Everyone is entitled to there opinion but I respectfully disagree to this not because I enjoy GGs but how can this be said? With all the new ingenuity features are geared to help any new vapor getting on Mechanical as well as simplifying it for any experience vapor to clean contacts by rotating the contacts instead of pulling all of it out and cleaning.

This mod is the best stainless steel mod by far.

If I wanted to make an esterigon like this, I would have made it different Bish, exactly as we have said via skype yesterday. All copper, no springs anywhere. Something like hackers's computers that they dont have anything else installed than basic tools for hacking. But only a few people would buy it because it would have the best performance (not noticeable from human), just the best, but its appearance would be a little "silly" with gaps and it would have turned green often. It would also need a lot of maintenance and it wouldnt have any features on it.

I can make a car like that of course but only for people that like strange looking cars and for people that like to shine them all day.

Maybe the word silly was not the appropriate. A better word would be "for really crazy people"

Thanks "J".
Been trying to avoid the long distance route for stuff.
Still hoping to locate a supply a bit closer to home. Figured some place in Europe would have some...

Something more about comparisons. When we compare something we do it on same devices. We cant compare apples and oranges. Simple examples are these:

1. we dont compare SS vs copper mods
2. We dont compare side buttons vs bottom buttons or top buttons
3. We dont compare mods that have a big difference in price (because there is almost always a reason for the price)
etc.

If we do such a comparison we also have to know about the advantages and disadvantages of these mods. So a copper mod needs a lot of maintenance, a bottom button is akward to push it, a titanium mod has a different voltage drop but expensive etc.
