Same in europe ... when purchasing from US, customs and shipping company add a good 30% fee on top of what you already payed ...
what is going on here ?
Europeans competing with any Us customers ?
maybe i have to go to KATO or MOJO and tell them i won´t buy a thing if they don´t sell in my local store
if we europeans have to buy stuff from Asia or Amerika we allways have to pay customs....
what do you think what US GG seller has to do , if customs get their hands on GG stuff...
we all should be happy to have those sellers in US or in Greece/Italy , even if there would be different release dates !!!!

I agree. Ship it to the vendors and let the chips fall where they may. US Customs may hold ours hostage but that can and does happen if I order from ESG. I choose to be in the US and buy a Greek product. If mine comes later it's not Imeos problem. The Penelope fiasco from COV wasn't his doing either. That was between me and the reseller.

be sure that if rob will not receive his order in a normal amount of time then I will release the sales guys. But my intention is that all sellers have to sell at the same time. Thats how GG sales worked in past and thats how it had to work until today but for reasons out of me this stopped. Now with Rob its an opportunity to start again the right procedure
Since I've been buying GG's for quite some time now, before ESG, before COV and certainly before Fluid I would like to contribute my two cents here.
It's not about who gets what first, it's about the level of service provided to the customer. If a vendor provides a great service he will be the customer's first choice even if that means a slightly longer wait.

I agree 100%! I will buy the Esterigon from Fluid as a sign of support-and the Proteus from ESG to show my appreciation for their fantastic service. I don't feel the need to be first. I also tend to be a loyal customer until I feel I have been wronged.

Let's not forget about the real deal here. We are about to be presented with very special mod. We should all be very happy about the fact that we will be holding this special mod in our hand in next few weeks. Please don't muddy up this joyous occasion with complains about some minor logistical changes. I see plenty of that in other forums.
What's another week between friends? Sure everybody wants to be 1st but it's more important that we all get one. When I ordered my Penelope V2 my order processed within minuits of ESG releasing them yet I sat here and watched everybody on the forum, inc USA members posting pictures of theres before I even had a shipping confirmation. When it did arrive it had a lower serial number than a lot of other peoples so I assume they were posted out in alphabetical order. My surname begins with V, im used to waiting.. lol..
What I'm getting at here is that the GG line is in my opinion the leader in high end vaping gear. It deserves the best of the best suppliers, so with all due respect to Rob and Fluid Vapor who I don't know, the issue of who gets what when in my mind is totally irrelevant. Fluid has yet to prove the level of customer service they provide and although I truly wish they excel I do want to see it first. Getting GG stuff at the same time as ESG won't attract more customers, the way you treat them will.
I've witnessed many GG suppliers come and go because they simply could not live up to the level of service demanded. I honestly hope Rob and Fluid vapor succeed in providing outstanding service but my personal loyalty lies with Vasilis and ESG who set the bar real high on customer service and views his customers as friends.

If you think that it's physically possible to have global supply at the same time you're only dreaming dear friend.
It would be wise not to be concerned about who gets what first and concentrate on ensuring we all get good service no matter where we live.

just to clarify: my selfish intent was to get the estirigon on time before going away for vacation ... surely not to be first to post pic, and even less to start a EU vs US war ... sorry if I offended anyone

That use to be the case and it was a disaster IMHO. There were questions where people in countries without a vendor bought. Then there would be times when one vendor had stock and none of the others did so you were out of luck unless you had a friend buy it for you ect. Then for a while one vendor was able to sell worldwide and the others didn't. It was very confusing and just a mess in general.
That being said I will take this opportunity to again thank Imeo for changing that practice. I love being able to order that last piece I need from any vendor who happens to have it in stock.

I am preparing a small video to show you one more ability of esterigon. You can adjust the path of the button. Its something that I knew it could be done but I didnt have a shined button to try it. An unshined button doesnt work because the small cut that it has around it sticks to the tube. But the shined version works beautiful
