Yes I am familiar with opening the heads I'm going to have to check all of them

Always check coils before you install them. Just good advice. One forum member found a metal ball in one of his juice delivery devices once. So, always check and/or clean before using.

Ok, when you open up one of the heads thats having issues, how many flavor wicks are in there on top of the coil/main wick?

Looks like one I bet that is the problem . I'm going to pull a wick from another coil and replace it .

Yes it is a slb battery .

The problem seems to be with individual coils some work fine and others don't including brand new ones straight out of the pack .

Also like i mentioned earlier, you could probably up your voltage with 2.5ohm coil, running 2.5's in my units at around 4.2-4.5v.

No not a hard thing to fix but I wasn't expecting this with new coils . I want to thank everyone for their help , adding extra wicks seems to cure the problem .

Glad you figured it out. If the replacement heads don't include the right number of wicks I would contact the vendor who you got them from.
