There was one website I visited a few years back that had virtually any size lipo and configuration you wanted. I found them by looking for a tiny 3.7v 75mah lipo. I didn't order anything from them, otherwise I would have a record of it. But they also stated if they didn't have it, they could make any configuration and size you wanted. And if there is a minimum order, maybe a co-op is in order. As I have 17 boards here that could run from 3.7v lipos. ;)

Here are some:

MaxAmps - We can custom build with any voltage or capacity you require and we use only the freshest LiPo battery cells.

Large Custom Lithium ion Battery Pack - Lithium polymer battery has various models, capacity and dimension. It can be designed according to customer's requirements, such as a single thickness of 0.8 ~ 10mm, capacity of 40mAh ~ 20Ah.

We are looking for a cell 70x26x21mm, right?

The FedX hub is in Memphis. Everything goes through that hub, even if it's only being shipped from one town to the next in the same state. How they make money doing that is beyond my comprehension.
That was how it worked in the early days, but it hasn't been like that in a quite some time. Memphis remains their biggest hub, but they only use it for stuff where it more-or-less makes sense. I was surprised to discover this at least 15 years ago, when I shipped an overnight package to somewhere in NYS (from SE PA). It did not go to Memphis that night. It went to Newark, NJ. And yes, it got to its destination the next day, just like it was supposed to.

The trick with FedEx these days is to use use Ground if your destination is within the one day radius. Ground doesn't guarantee next-day delivery, but they're pretty good about it, and much, much cheaper than shipping the same thing Express with next-day service.

Thinking of wiring 3 of them in parallel? If I used 1 cell only, that would last me about 90 minutes. 2 about 3 hours and 3 would last me about 4.5 hours per charge. You don't need 25C if you used 2, you just need 12C each. If you used 3, then just 8C each.
I dont dispute that a bit, but the raw cells I see in this size range tend to start at 20C. Besides, I like not stressing the bat on Mods I give away. A large service factor is a good thing IMHO.

Strangely enough, or maybe not, I seem to be back to using my K5 25 and TGT3, the Spade just sits there by the Hcigar Vinbox. I use the Vapecige box a little bit, it soon will probably join them. They will have even more company when the Drone finally arrives.
Oh, I forgot about the 2 Topsides, them too. Junk pile is growing.

I saw you guys talking about big clapton coils with a full chuck of Sally's the other day, prompted me to go back to that Ni200 clapton. I just put a six wrap 3.5mm ID coil in a Merlin with a full chunk of the rayon, cut my fav store bought juice 25% with VG to add some vapor and help reduce the coil crudding, I must say the flavor is just stellar and the clouds huge, cutting the juice didn't reduce the flavor at all. I only wish I had freer air flow but than again that might reduce the flavor, I'm just use to the mizer's air flow.

I had taken apart the KF5 with T1 wire and rinse it a little under the sink and this is what I saw.

That is burnt juice in the rayon. And the rayon itself is perfectly fine. I brushed the coil under the sink and then shoved half a rope of Sally's through it and it looked like this.

There is noway I am getting anymore rayon through it. Thinned the ends, trimmed, juiced, and vaped. Well I wasn't getting the vapor and flavor I thought I should, I was slowly bumping up the temperature. I got to 450°F and got a slight burnt taste again. I've taken it apart and here we go again.

I'm not sure if I'm trying to say something here or not. This is after about 4 ml of liquid with 45 watts pre for 1 sec. and 35 watts after. I usually only take 1.75 second drags. The coil is 2 strand twisted SS430, 3 mm. on K5 25 mm.

That's SS430 and not T1 and your juice isn't burning. Mine it is burning on the positive side of the coil. I wasn't having this problem with SS316L or Ni200. :(
Would that perhaps indicate high resistance on that end, maybe bad connection?
