Yup, I should have:

x2 Subtank (25mm)
x2 Subtank Plus (25mm)
x4 Subtank Mini (22mm)

I haven't used them in 2+ years. I still have 2 up on the shelf with 2+ year old juice in them. The other 6 were cleaned and put away. I used to use them all of the time. I guess I quit when the Crown tanks came out. But there is nothing wrong with those Subtanks. They worked great!

Here's one of my original Subtanks. I don't know why the camera won't focus.

Damn! Those using those SXK Hellfire Exocet rta, what size wire are you using? Last night and this morning I was trying to get 28GA to capture. But the wire just keeps popping out. I thought about wrapping the wire around the screw a number of times, but I hate to do that. PIA to pull the coil out using that method.

So I made a 5 wrap Clapton 26/32 coil. Oops, too long. 4 wrap. Nope, too wide at 3mmID as it touches the posts. So 4 wrap at 2.5mmID. Man that is about the max size I can go. A 26GA Clapton just barely holds under the screws. It looks like the Exocet is really made for 24GA wire to me. This Clapton is already at 0.04 ohms. Can you imagine what a 24GA nickel wire would ohm out too? Sorry about the blurry picture.

I've been known to file slots in the posts to accommodate larger awg wire with that type of post.

I use a simple round wire build in mine :) I also wrap the wire around the screw, so it captures on both sides of the screw :)
It's such a small chamber I figure it didn't need a fancy wire. Im running 5 wrap 24 gauge Ti, in TC. Not sure the ID/OD but it just fits in-between the posts & ohms out @ .17ish.
I just pull the wick rite thru & trim it close to the out side of the chamber :)
I run this at 25 watts 450 degrees with No preheat!

I ran an AVS SS316L 28/34 fused clapton in mine when I first got it, coil was way too big IMHO. So now it has a simple 24ga NiFe 6 wrap on 2.5mm 0.13Ω 40W/450F. Wrapped around the screw is the best way.

But the Exocet lives in it's SXK tube now, I wasn't all that impressed with it over the Insider or VapeShell.

The EUC coils are perfect for me at 33 1/3 RPM Watts, need to search here and see how to clean/dry burn them. The coil in ceramic should just need some quick high wattage pulsing.

Reload X Clone showed up today, 9 Days :)

I'm running dual Fused Ti Captions, it works real well :) The build quality is fairly good for a cheap clone :) As of now I'm running 3 dual coil RSA's that all perform really well,( Drop Dead, BTFC, Reload X) TBH I cant pick a favourite! There all Good :)

Ah... very interesting Steamer861. If you throw one of those Ni200 Claptons in, let me know of the differences. I'm very impressed how this thing vapes with this coil. Although at 0.04 ohms, the mod itself probably has the same resistance. :( Yeah I tried no preheat and even 40W preheat, but at 30 watts that Clapton never gets to temperature but slowly rises and times out before it gets there. And even with 60W preheat, it takes 2 to 3 seconds for the coil to get to temperature at 30 watts. Here is what it looks like under EScribe.

Those EUC are Vaporesso Eco Universal Coil, right? And they fit into the A tank? If so, I need to do some research this weekend. ;)

@BillW50 , need to see the voltage on the cell while firing.
Looks like it got to 448F in about 0.3 seconds, can't really tell for sure the time.
Looks to be using 448 instead of 450 for set temp.
If mod resistance is 0.04 ohm then you have a problem, should be somewhere between 0.002 - 0.012 ohms. There may be added resistance due to the atty adapters though, not sure.
Again, lets see that voltage drop.
