Just call me 'THE snippet king'

Here was his description of it that I had only read.

The plugs are just generic milspec locking connectors with 10ga pins. The mod does indeed use 120v and will run fine on it. You can also feed it 240v if you fancy that without any changes or switch flipping, the power supply is auto sensing.
That was exactly the idea with this, that some Shop or a Convention-going business would love it. I'm sure it would attract a lot of attention.
The XD is a .45 XD Compact. Normal 4" service length just with a chopped grip. It is shown there with the 13rnd extended grip mag.
It also has a Master On/Off key and latching power button because I thought it would be cool.
$900 AC to DC converter power supply, think like the kind needed to run massive neon signs.
The wire needed inside and out alone was nearly $100.
I would have to sell it for like $2k+ to recoup the high cost and time investment. I spreadsheeted every little nut and bolt and bit of wire and this thing was a ton.
The cost of this one is due to the high retail price of the chips, expensive capable power supply, custom Cerakote on the enclosures, wiring, time, aluminum plate, investment in my CNC equipment, man hours of work, etc etc. The connectors were over a hundred dollars, and the wiring alone was almost a hundred dollars. Heck, even the nice stainless hardware all added up from the hardware store was like $40.
The smallest thing added a large cost. Even the wire sleeve for the mods had to be bought in a 100ft spool that was like $75
It contains are large (enough to power 5x DNA200's at full tilt large) power supply. Everything is heavy gauge wire (10awg+) to prevent voltage drop. The mods have no
batteries, and plug into the ammo can via locking quick connectors. The purpose is to be used at a shop or convention as a display mod to provide an awesome, attention grabbing, and reliable source of mods without the need to fumble with or charge and change batteries during events. It takes 120v AC input, and the fans are to move the heat out of the interior.
