hey, bill! after thinking about your various tips i went to settings and i found the option 'automatically preview desktop' which was turned on 
switching that to off seems to have fixed my dilemma! some update in the last month or two must have turned that option to 'on' because i don't remember this happening all along

I cant see your logic on this one Bill. I can say for my kids 21 & 18 their never going to Smoke cigarettes, they think it's Gross!
IMO the Juul pods with the high nic were just a way to get the kids addicted/ dependent on Nic! This cap of 20mg is a good thing
