They set up undercover sting operations as people figured they could buy bag smokes and resell them at a profit. As always the stupid ones got caught selling them to cops or carrying them around in their car.Here no one say any thing about it! Back when I smoked, some days there was a parade of Cars going in & out buying smokes. I wasn't aware you could be fined? I used to buy Du Maurier, So unless they caught you coming out of the ReZ, how could they even tell, even then I could have bought them any where
