age verification requirements kick in as of today for online sales (and b&m sales but that's easily done)![]()
I saw that on MBV site, they just subbed it out to a third party.
So am I right to assume nothing else changes for 2 Years?

Back on the 5th when I ordered a 250 mod from Evolv I had to do the age verification thing.age verification requirements kick in as of today for online sales (and b&m sales but that's easily done)![]()
I stopped by my local store last week, asked them what's the biggest things that are going to change for them. They said the two main things were, they can't offer taste testing and they can't build coils for customers because that would be considered selling an unapproved tobacco product. From a video I watched, anything sold that's to be used with vaping will now be a tobacco product, wires, battery's, drip tips, no nic VG or PG, everything...... Good luck with that FDA

1 case scenario comes to mind rite away, A month from now a revolutionary new atty comes out of China.
Whats to stop Americans from ordering it rite from FT, & having it delivered to their US address?
Really! Customs checks very little % of incoming packages. We all know that, on drugs inc the TV show they show how people us USPS to send drugs! So now their shifting priority to vape gear?A little thing called "Customs" could catch a lot of stuff. All it takes is one person getting nailed, hard, and the game will change big time.
No one said they will be effective, just that the possibility exists.Really! Customs checks very little % of incoming packages. We all know that, on drugs inc the TV show they show how people us USPS to send drugs! So now their shifting priority to vape gear?
Plus who is going to open all these packages and determine the manufacture date?
How To Get Off The FDA ‘Black List’Dont underestimate the ability of Customs to hamper imports if they so choose.
Most all big companies (FT, Gearbest, etc) file Customs Declarations electronically. Then everything goes into a big database. These databases have "White Lists" and "Black Lists". It is trivial for them to segregate anything FROM a certain company, or TO a certain recipient. This got demonstrated in the textile world a while back, where they stopped a lot of counterfeit garments.
Now, shippers are rather creative in adapting and evading, for example my last few FT packages were declared as "Electronic Gadgets". However, Customs is not stupid either, they know how to play the cat and mouse game.
They have the ability, it all comes down to whether or not they choose to address it. The rhyme and reason of which evades me. For example you can get v|agra/val|um/amb|en all day long from India, and I sincerely doubt the "Health Supplement Sample" Customs Declaration is fooling anybody. So if they are not choosing to enforce the prescription drug thing, one has to wonder if they will care about the vape thing.
Just done underestimate them, they have the technology and the ability to do a lot of damage if they so choose.
I "think" this is also the date where shops are no longer allowed to mix ejuice behind the counter. So 08/ 08/ 16 The dreaded day
What actually changes today? I checked a few American web sites,
I can't see any changes. Even 100mg nic is still for sale.
So is the significance of today that the 2 year clock starts to tick down?
Door to door cash only under the table builders.....Umm. Maybe It's time to change professions again....LOL
No one said they will be effective, just that the possibility exists. I believe it will be us vendors complaining that FT is selling new equip that will force them to stop on specific complaints.
