$16.00/hr huh. Different from the story I read from earlier protests. That was a white guy w/ military training and he was given $3,000 to go to a Trump rally and incite and engage in violence posing as a Trump supporter. He said the Mexicans he trained with were given $300 & the Black BLM guys were given $750.

You replied before I pulled the link.... I heard there had been craigslist ads for protesters, I did a search and found a couple links but they have been deleted. They should be careful, once Trump is in this will probably be investigated and it should be. Who's ever is funding them  should be made to pay all the costs for damages, compensation to anyone hurt and all the hours the police had to put in. You think they would realize, protesting outside Trump towers with the secret service inside might draw some attention to them, along with investigations.

They all know who it is. Proving it is another thing. Protestors can testify as to who hired them, but it will only go so high. The actual company & person hiring is only the outer layer of the onion. Protests should be registered and permitted with applicable enforcement fees paid in cities where they occur. Not sure if these are allegedly spontaneous or not now.

Agree they should be forced to pay damages to persons & property affected as well as police man-hours and equipment expended in all the cities affected. Wish them luck with that investigation and would like to see charges filed eventually.

Trump Towers is one of the most heavily guarded places on earth right now. The protesters would be foolish to riot there. Any violence or threat of violence would come to a swift end.

I can understand the disappointment and protesting is their civil right but blocking traffic and rioting is not. I just don't understand the protesters burning our flag. I know it's their right but if I saw one of them try that in front of me, I would be very tempted to just knock them the eff out. Party leaders aren't helping at all. I hope this nonsense ends soon.

This pretty much sums up my feelings...

I think most protests have much more to do about excuses to smash and steal...now before somebody says its frustration that doesnt give you any rights to crimes...suppose the at large public did this... like say at sporting events...oh wait...just thought about Philly....nevermind...:)

'Post-truth' declared word of the year by Oxford Dictionaries
post-truth - definition of post-truth in English | Oxford Dictionaries

adjective

Relating to or denoting circumstances in which objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief:
‘in this era of post-truth politics, it's easy to cherry-pick data and come to whatever conclusion you desire’
Good choice IMO it increasingly seems that people will believe anything they see on the net or in print before the truth if it suits their world view.

I recently (finally) hooked up the ERM+'eseses to escribe. Battery-life seems slightly improved...however, juice consumption seems to have increased. But I wonder if that's just down to switching from a higher vg : pg ratio juice to a lower one.
