Do these cook with temperature and pressure? Wondering why they would have digital and mechanical gauges, if they use pressure that would explain the round gauges.
But you might forget why you were roasting those beans in the first place by the time they're roasted.
Alas, single phase 220v is a little hard to find in the average home.
Dual use, too. When you're not using it for roasting, you can play Bingo.
