Anyone know of a cheap board/module I can connect a 3s lipo to and make my own USB power bank for a backup power supply for my cell phone or tell me what to search for? Got lot's of spare lipo's, rather make one then buy one, I can throw it in a hammond box, got a few spare of those too.

Got word my music from my stereo system in the shop is annoying the neighbors.... My compressor and air tools drown out the music but it's the music they complained about.... So I've put all my music on my cell phone and have been using earbuds, now I can ruin my ears and not bother anyone. :p

Where's my air hammer, got some panels that need straightening......

I was going to make one awhile back, was going to put it into a box with a cigarette lighter socket and use USB/cigarette lighter charger. Would charge via balance plug. Never made it though, bought a power bank/18650 charger instead.

That's a good price but you have to supply your own 2-4 18650's and that mean's I'd have to buy more battery's for it, would be OK for someone that has plenty of battery's but won't fit my needs. But I appreciate the link, they do look good and at a good price. :thumb:

they will operate with only one cell

Oh really! I guess I should have done some reading, I assumed you have to fill them. Any idea what kind of spare run time I could get with one battery to power my cell phone, ball park? I only have four good 18650's and two of those are in mods that I never remove, I recharge then with the DNA 75 board, most of my mods are on lipo's.

These are perfect for travel. Nice and small. Charges a single 18650, and can then use it as a power bank too. I bought a dozen of them for the guys at work to charge their flashlight batteries.

Did you try locking it at a higher resistance? That's what I have to do with all ss430 claptons, claptons in general for that matter.

Why not fix the problem instead of bandaiding it? Change the TCR value/curve in escribe instead. I don't even run curves on SS claptons, I just run a straight tcr value.

The problem I have with locking resistance or just using a straight TCR value is that I'm OCD about temperature control being as accurate as possible. It's already a leap of faith just using published curves. Adjusting a curve, or just using a "tinkered" value, take the accuracy to a whole new level of inaccuracy in my mind, such as it is. TC devices can be effected by .001 changes in resistance, why change, effectively, resistance willingly?

This clone is now available at 3F ShenRay SRG V4 Style RTA Silver 316SS 5ml 25mm Tank Atomizer

A spare glass would have been nice :( I bought one any way :)
I like a lot of things about this, The Air Flow looks good, the JFC also looks nice.
5Mil isn't to bad for capacity, 25mm diameter will make for a roomy deck.
The chamber has a nice conical design, Typhoons are know for flavour, this one should deliver here to? $ 29 is a bit high for a clone, but it looks well made.

Two things that put me off from that thing, and I love the side-by-side or low tank form factor...eLeaf and a magnetic connection for the tank. What in the heck are they thinking? Innokin dropped that years ago because it was so flaky! Throw in a built-in battery and it's a definite no go in my book.

The magnetic connector on the WeeLeaf works quite well, the tank is meh though as it uses those GS Air coils. I had a GS Air tank for 1/2 a day before I piffed it, well hyped and all but not for me.

There is an included magnetic 510 connector with that setup and a Kayfun Mini 2.1 will fit in them nicely. ;)
