I run dual 5mm ID coils in the Plus.
Whoa! Have you two looked at what is out there? The largest atomizer I own with the largest airflow are my two FreeMax Mesh Pro tanks. And looking down the bore between the FreeMax and the SC Plus, the Plus is larger! Although opening both AFC to max and doing a pull on each, it is neck to neck. Virtually identical airflow!
Now looking down the bore of the FreeMax and their build is massive! Much larger than anything else I own. Now I look down the bore of the Plus looking at my 3mmID Clapton 11 wrap coil, and it looks so tiny in comparison. If anything, my build isn't large enough by far. Heck even my Crown tanks doesn't even have anywhere the airflow of the Plus. Yet they even use much larger coils than my build.
You have three of them wired in parallel. Kanthal mesh x3 coming out to .15 ohm. They are rated at 80-110W. That means each mesh is .45 ohm rated each at 26-36W x3. That is larger than anything else I have here. My next largest are my Geek Vape Shield tanks running IM1 coils which are single .4 ohm coils rated at 40-60W. And my Triade is telling me my Plus build is only using 45 watts. Looks like out of the 3 tanks, that FreeMax Triple mesh is the clear winner to me. And it also beats the other two in flavor and vapor too. So I wouldn't be selling those triple mesh coils short. They really have something there that others are missing.Own a Freemax mesh Pro. Wouldn’t say their build is massive. The below picture is the mesh from a triple coil Mesh Pro. The coil beside it is a 2x 28 awg with 40 awg wrap fused Clapton for reference. Not a large coil by any means.
All 3 of these mesh strips do not come close to equalling the mass of the Clapton coil. There is not a lot of wire those mesh pro coils.
We have "My Pillows" and I bought a pair for my daughter and SIL. It worked fine for me for the first year, I got the firmest one available for myself, but then it did start to sort of lose its' firmness and I was getting a sore neck. I gave that one to Mrs. Awsum, who had been using the medium firmness model. She seems to like it, a lot, and has tries every kind of pillow out there. My daughter and SIL didn't like them at all. One of the big advantages, though, is that they can be washed and run through the dryer. That does renew them pretty well, but even with that I'm back to a custom goose down pillow my Mom made for me years ago. It has the feathers of three pillows stuffed into one pillow. I like a really firm pillow but getting it into a standard pillow case can be a bit of a struggle. As with everything YMMV.
Along those lines, we also have a Sleep Number bed. It is easily the most comfortable and supportive bed I've ever slept in. It's three years old and doing fine. One of the things that bothers me though is that the pressure, firmness, is effected by the temperature of the air inside the mattress. I noticed that effect because they recommend setting them to "100" during the day and then setting your, personal, sleep number before getting into bed. It's not that big a deal since you can easily adjust the setting to suit yourself every night, and they have an "app" that will track how you sleep. Our problem with that is that it reports everything to Sleep Number and we're both privacy freaks. With the firmness being adjustable it's really easy to get comfortable when my back is giving me trouble.

If you enjoy that dense flavour that mesh provides, try a Wotofo Profile RDA. The mesh strip is arced toward the mouth and positioned ~7mm from the top of the cap. With a more condensed airflow I feel this provides a greater vapor to air ratio than the Freemax. Flavour is obviously subjective and can be perceived differently from individual to individual.
I watched a lot of YT videos on the Profile, Grim Green says that a Clapton coil produces better flavour than the Mesh. What is your opinion? How does the mesh compare to the 4 core Nichrome Clapton coils? Better Or Worse?
Nope, I at first was vaping them at 70 watts, but later dropped that down to 60 watts with the AFC opened by a third. It is rated up to 110 watts…like many subohm tanks that is over rated. Have you vaped it at that level? There is only 4 small paper like layers of cotton wrapped once around each mesh strip. At high wattages these will not last long at all. I use my Freemax at around 60 watts.
