Well if your Apple & can afford to do quality control in your Chinese's factory, it mite be a different story!
But I'm sure no one from Vapors Cloud is in the DovPoo factory making sure you get a good unit!
No one was in the Chinese factory were they built the VapeDroid doing quality control! Thats for sure!
But Apples quality control is no different than any other product that comes out of Foxxcon. A computers reliability rate is only as good as it’s most unreliable component. And Apple employs the exact components as every other manufacture. What you are paying for with Apple is their software development and closed environment. Won’t debate the value this has to a consumer, we all have different values, and chose products to suite those values.

Agree that Vapors Cloud is not overlooking the QC of every product that carries their name coming out of Dovpo. Such action would skyrocket the overall cost. When working within budgets, there has to be an acceptable level of failure. The budget will dictate that.
To draw a correlation, I’ve had a small stint in the audio industry. The parts and finish of a budget speaker is reflected by its price. A higher cost speaker may not employ better parts per say, but closer attention to ensure those parts are better matched. Instead of just pulling components out of a bin and soldering them to a board, each and every component is measured and because we are dealing with a stereo pair, they are matched to their stereo counterpart. This drives the cost up and also decreases the failure rate for everything is being QC tested and not just random batch checks.
