This began Tuesday. I'm trying to add a cell phone on my account for my wife's aunt.
Following 3 step process on Cricket's web site I first need to be sure that the phone is unlocked. They say to remove a working sim and put it in the other phone and try it, which I did. After trying it (successful btw) I put the sim back into my phone and Cricket suspended my account because they think I still have it in the old 3G phone (but it's back in the 4G). So I call support and they fix it right away. In the middle of the night they suspended it again, I found out when I visited the Cricket store to activate yet another 4G iPhone and the girl called and got it fixed.
So I get up to go to work and my phone is suspended again and support is closed.
I get what I pay for I guess.
I my just fork out some cash for a new sim card tomorrow if that's the only way to have it be reliable.
