Has any one here used a Evolv Kick in a Atmizoo Roller? I am using an RSST on my Roller, but it is not consistent. I am using 3mm silica wick doubled up, with a 7 coil 30 Kanthal 1.9ohms, on my RSST. The hit is good for a while on my Roller buy not consistent. Battery voltage drop, smooth out the door.

I put the RSST on my Provari, set a 4.2 volts, consistent all the time. So, Kick, time.

I am assuming 18500 with the Kick? What watts would I set the Kick at to give me about 4.2 volts?

you mean like this?
P9170129.jpg

18650 kicked cobra on a roller.

Atmizone sells a kickring to give it all the extra body you need. (the double banded piece on the bottom)
If you dont want to get the ring then yea drop one battery size.
you can also just wind a low resistance coil around 1 ohm and get more time.

Ohm's Law Calculator
enter your resistance and voltage for your wattage. around 9 or 10 for your setup.

Thanks Thrasher,
I don't want to go with the extension right now, so will probably go with the AW 18500, and a Kick 2. Yea, for my wrap right now, for a 4.2 volts, it is 9.28 watts.

I like a little higher Ohms, so the vape is cooler.

Do you only use AW 18650 IMRs, with the Kick like Evolv suggests, or have you tried Hybrid Panasonic PDs in it? I know you use the PDs in some mods.

Thanks again, just wanted to make sure the Kick worked ok. The Roller is not listed on the Evolv web site.

currently i run most of the panasonic high drains in my mods cgh, pd, waiting to see the new pf. so far its working great. just got a crown2 to play with also, like the idea of VV in a kick size chip that i dont need to remove to change settings..

while I believe these other batteries are safe to use , they are new and I think from a vendor stand point, i wouldnt have time to test every new batteryand all the mods coming out every week.,wait for people to get time on them etc.

so the best thing for ANY vendor to do at this point is recommend a well worn and proven quality battery with a long history of safety and quality, making the vapor happy and avoiding any potential lawsuits from something unproven to work.

from an electrical standpoint the kick wouldnt care if its a battery or a dc wall wart as long as the amperage is there. and I cant see how it would or could tell a difference.
