Ordered on May 4. Delivered June 4th.
The month delay is pretty typical. My real problem was it say's it was delivered to a mailbox in Denver,Colorado.
I am no where near Denver or Colorado.The picture of the package shows my correct address.
I started a support ticket 4 days ago (80 hours in the cue) with no response.
Has anyone ever tried calling them during their business hours?
I of course realize there will be delays with all the nuttiness and fear mongering.

At least your package made it to the states. I ordered April 24, and tracking shows it sitting in Shanghai since May 21. It was 14 days in Beijing before that...

I used to be a regular customer...but they got screwed up pretty badly I guess...
I had a defective product in like January, they made me upload a video (of a missing insulator??? lol). Then COVID hit, the upload expired, had to do it again...all to replace like a $10 rda.

I am STILL WAITING for an acknowledged/promised replacement. Last order includes the replacement bit, it got split and one says "shipped 4/25" and one says "packaging" since March.

Haven't ordered anything from them since, and won't until they deliver -

Yeah. My order was for $4 worth of replacement glass. Got so tired of waiting, I just replaced the whole RTA from a US vendor.

I've got an order from early March still sitting somewhere in southern China. Leapfrogged twice since by fastest ever ft deliveries- 10 days door to door/ China to Sydney. Tickets are taking at least 7 days to get a response

I haven't ordered anything from the Far East since before C19.

Meanwhile my orders from Europe have been pretty quick. Those have taken approximately 5-10 days. Orders from Canada have been reasonable at 7-14 days.

For many, long delays from the Far East appear to be the new norm. I have a FT cart going w/misc bits and bobs. Likely to sit on it for a while.

Hope they get ya all squared away soon.

I have an order delivered to Shanghai airport April 2. All they will say is we will investigate it and that will take 30+ days. Asked for refund they said no it is in transit...no more China for me.

I'm in Denver, but I haven't received any freebies...

I have an FT shipment that's been over 2 months now. Others close to that.

I don't believe that they can use COVID-19 as an excuse anymore. As some of you know, I make guitars. I buy lots of bits and pieces from China, including Korean manufactured parts. I've been getting my guitar parts on roughly the same timeline as ever (1-4 weeks).

If USPS was the carrier who Delivered your stuff to a Lucky individual in Denver (Hey Look Honey... Free e-Cigarettes from China!) then you need to Contact USPS.

I have posted this in this thread before and another thread and I feel it is worth posting again. It has worked for me many times and others have reported to me that it has worked for them.

Very easy...open a "where's my package" inquiry.

• Copy your tracking #
• Go to Contact Us | USPS or Go to USPS.com & click "contact us" link (bottom of page)
• Click "Email us"
• Click "where's my package"
• Paste in your tracking # and hit "next"
• Fill in all required info. (shipper info is not required, skip it)
• For contents, select "unknown"
• In the "Additional Information" box, simply type...
  Package obviously lost. Please find and deliver to recipient.
  (Type nothing else, that's all they need to know and it gets their attention - problem, demand/solution - that's it.)

Your request will be forwarded to the post office where it was last scanned or to the receiving post office and might be contacted by that post office (although if you live in a large metro area that is serviced by a very busy post office you probably won't be contacted).

It costs you nothing and it's simple and effective.

Maybe it will Help.

BTW - At Least your stuff got stateside. Mine can get out of ZHENGZHOU. It just keeps going Around and Around and Around (and Around) again and again and again. And Again.

Never mind the troll responses you may get, the forum has been overrun by political spammers and other undesirables. Just wait for Anniepan to reply. Anniepan is the customer service rep/moderator on the forum.

USPS might Not like to say it.

But once they take possession of a Foreign Package out of ICS, it is their Responsibility to Deliver it Correctly to the Address on the Shipping Label.

That is part of the reason why companies like FT take a Picture of the Shipping Label when they ship.

USPS can Blow You Off if the package has not gotten Stateside and out of Customs. But once they lay there hand on it. It is their Baby. Just like a Inter-USA piece of mail.

It doesn't matter. USA payment processors and credit card companies put all the burden on the retailer for everything, including delivery to customer's address. That's why when you threaten chargeback you usually get resolution. Chinese retailers especially hate chargebacks. I don't know why but it may be because they cost them more, I dunno.
